Eloi has been dancing for the past 12 years. He began in a recreational studio at age 11 and the following year performed Fritz in Les Grands Ballets Canadiens’ The Nutcracker. He then studied ballet at L’École de Danse de Québec, during which time he was offered his first professional contract to dance in the Opéra de Québec's production of Hansel and Gretel. After spending a year in Québec city, he went to Toronto to study at the National Ballet School until his graduation in 2007. There, he performed in various school productions as well as The Nutcracker and Tristan and Isolde with the National Ballet of Canada. In September 2007 Eloi entered the Royal Winnipeg Ballet School where he has danced in many productions such as Don Quixote and The Sleeping Beauty. In June 2008 he danced and participated in the creation of a duet for the Canada Dance Festival in Ottawa with Kaha:wi Dance Theatre. Since the end of his training in Winnipeg, Eloi has performed professionally in about every Nutcracker role imaginable, danced in Dracula, Carmen, and many other contemporary ballets. His personal favourite has been dancing in Brian Macdonald's Double Quartet while touring around BC with Ballet Kelowna in 2010. Since then, he has moved to Vancouver, BC with his fiancé Ashleigh where he has been working super hard to make his first production project, 3 ways to kill a dancer, a reality. Eloi's personal strength and passion as a dancer is his improvisational skills, which is why he decided to make his first full creation a mix of choreography and improvisation.

Eloi a commencé à danser il y a 12 ans. Il débuta dans un studio à l'age de 11 ans et l'année suivante il obtenu le rôle de Fritz dans le Casse-Noisette des Grands Ballet Canadiens de Montréal. Il est ensuite allé étudié le ballet à l'École de Danse de Québec, où il a été offert son premier contrat professionnel en danse dans la production de Hansel et Gretel de l'Opéra de Québec. Après un an à Québec il est allé à Toronto pour étudier à l'École Nationale de Ballet jusqu'à sa graduation en 2007. Durant ce temps, il apparut dans plusieurs spectacle de l'école ainsi que dans le Casse-Noisette et Tristan et Iseult du Ballet National du Canada. Eloi est ensuite entré à l'École du Ballet Royal de Winnipeg, où il dansa dans plusieurs productions dont Don Quichotte et La Belle au bois dormant. En juin 2008 il a participé à la création et dansé dans un duo pour le Festival Danse Canada à Ottawa avec Kaha:wi Dance Theatre. Depuis la fin de sa formation, Eloi a dansé professionnellement dans une tonne de Casse-Noisettes, dans Dracula, Carmen et beaucoup d'autres ballets contemporains. So rôle préféré fut de danser dans Double Quartet de Brian Macdonald, alors qu'il était en tournée à travers la Colombie Britannique avec Ballet Kelowna en 2010. Depuis, il a déménagé à Vancouver avec sa fiancée Ashleigh où il travail comme un fou pour rendre son premier projet de création, 3 ways to kill a dancer, réalité. La force et la passion d'Eloi en tant que danseur est son talent d'improvisation. C'est pour cette raison qu'il a décidé d'utiliser cette technique pour créer sa première oeuvre complète.
