No. After the Record Snippet is implemented, neither you nor your customers have to do anything further. Record will take care of everything.

Currently, Record does not support iframe and HTML Dynamic Canvas recording. This means that we are able to record anything with the exception of iframes and HTML Dynamic Canvas elements.

Currently, Record supports any web based app.

Record is fully GDPR compliant. All of our data stored in the E.U., on AWS services. Furthermore, Record is ISO27001 certificated, and currently on the process of SOC-2 certification.

Record offers masking of private information automatically for all of it’s clients. For more advanced options, we give you the ability to mask or even block more sections in your app.

Yes. Record will work on every web-based app, but there might be some restrictions. For example, if the web app is based on on Single Page App framework (like React.js, Angular.js and etc. ), Record will work perfectly. In contrast, if the website includes pages that reload when the browser reloads then Record will work only upon refresh. At which point the recording will have to start again. If you are unsure about the category your app falls in – you are more than welcome to schedule a demo and our experts will be happy to help.

    This solution is simple and user-friendly. It’s an elegant solution that reduces time and cost in solving customer or client issues! With that comes the reward of happy clients/customers and a strong building of trust which equals a long-term partnership!
