Excellent Product
I am really surprised we got a chance to get this. Excellent platform that has been very well thought out and is truly full featured. The UI is very intuitive and the docs are very comprehensive.
If you are running, or plan on running an outbound sales motion then UpScale is a must buy. I can only see upside from buying and using this tool.

Best Alternative For Expensive Automation Tools
I purchased a $399 essential plan and I am happy with the purchase as of now, it seems to be working fine for me it has all those features which I was looking for but tools like Hubspot offers it at $500/Month. If you’re thinking to purchase go for it. Highly Recommended !!

How many phone numbers do we get on tier 2?

How can we get phone numbers? Does it integrate with Twilio or we need to buy internally?
Hi Biswajit, Upscale integrates with Twilio, you can by pre-paid credits inside the dashboard and use it (it is as per usage)
You can buy a phone number of a country and then start making calls by just adding calling credits. There are no add-ons as such.

Do we need to use Twilio only for India-based users as well? asking as Twilio is costly for India.

I am a solopreneur. Doing business alone. So, 5 user Basic plan is more than I need, however I don’t understand why you are striping features from the basic plan. While I am agreeable to paying $199 for a plan which is above my requirements from the user allowance perspective I am not feeling positive about paying the money for a plan which will be functionally deficient. Give it a thought.

For notes, you can type in, but there is no option to attach files currently.

Regarding whatsapp, we allow you to draft and send messages to prospects. Unfortunately, we don’t have the capability to make Whatsapp calls and record the same. Normal calls made via the application are recorded.

For each separate account, there will be a different/new account. There is no workplace model as of now. You need to buy different accounts for different companies to keep them separate.

Under Tier 2, an account can have 10 users. Each user has a separate login id and can then link their 3 respective email id. This particular account with 10 users will act as a single workplace.
Emails can be of different domains. All the users will be visible to others in that specific account.
Can you set up one campaign and set that campaign to go using all email accounts automatically? = Yes, that is possible. You can define the email id that you want to use at the beginning of the sequence / campaign.
Are we able to handle the unsubscribes from a 3rd party website (we centralize all our unsubscribed) = All unsubscribes are handled via a prospect stage on Upscale. If the sent email gets unsubscribed, Upscale will know and put it under the unsubscribe stage. Any action done outside Upscale will not be considered an unsubscribe until the prospect is updated via a sheet import.
When creating a list, can you have the same contact in multiple lists? = Yes, you can give different and multiple tags to the same contact. The list is considered like giving a tag on Upscale.

Hi Phil, Upscale can handle n number of prospects, but like any system, this might have a performance issue on the loading and actions on the platform. So we request you load the prospects whom you would want to reach in a 6-months to 1 year time period and then load more prospects.
Apart from the doubling of users (and mailboxes), what else is different about Tier 3 versus Tier 2? The fact that it’s called the agency plan — does this mean that it comes with subaccounts that we can then map to different companies?
Hello Edwin, the major difference is only in the number of users. We have tried to cover all the major features in Tier 2 and Tier 3.
