The Startup Perks subscription gives you access to all of our current perks in addition to any new perks added to our platform.  You’ll also get access to our support team to help you redeem some of the perks if you have trouble.

The redemption of each perk sometimes requires verification or processing, or eligibility checks, by the third-party partner so you may not get an immediate response. You can always reach out to the individual partner’s support team directly for more information about the status of your application or you can also contact our support at: [email protected]

You can cancel your subscription directly from the “My Account” section and selecting the “Subscriptions” tab after logging into your RocketHub account.  From there, you should be able to select your Startup Perk subscription and cancel it.  You can access the my account area by going to: https://rockethub.com/my-account.
