Think of Profiles as unique link-in-bio / shop pages you can create. For example, most people have multiple brands – a personal brand, a product, and possibly an agency. You can setup a separate profile for each and have a separate link-in-bio, loyalty scheme, and shop for all of them.
Whereas LinkTree, Stan, Beacons and others only offer 1 profile, this LTD offers many profiles based on the purchased plan. In other words, other competitors are charging more than this LTD for only 1 profile.
Yes. If you ever need more prodiles beyond the plan you purchased, you can buy them directly from Medley at any time – including after the LTD ends. Profiles are sold in blocks of 10 profiles for $100. Simply contact Medley support team to purchase more profile blocks.
Yes. To the extent that new features do not have a per-use cost or API usage cost to the deal partner, they will be included in the respective plans. When possible, the lifetime deal plans map to standard plans on the partner’s website. Like any business, the deal partner may update pricing, limits, and/or names of their public plans in the future but will always honor the plans and limits as shown here for lifetime deal license holders.

I really really wanted this to work as I like the idea and concept, so I purchased the agency plan.
But it’s almost the full 14 day trial period since I bought and tried to activate the license but my account still says it’s on trial and will deactivate tmr.
I reached out to support and Sebastian was kinda prompt to reply in the first 3 days (1 answer per day) but after he said he’ll try to manually activate the license, there have been no further replies.
Still excited to get it working, I got RocketHub involved too, after retrying the link and the license code is used, still my account is on trial… 🙁
Even wrote to Ben Doherty on FB and no replies.
I’m probably an isolated case of being unable to activate my account but if there’s no resolution or replies from the support team of a software, it’s really quite worrying and disappointing.
I’m sad I have to get a refund and hope someone else comes up with a similar idea and much better support.

Maybe I missed it, but a few questions:
1. I understand there are no associated fees or surcharges to use the shopping option. What does this feature connect with? Shopify? WooCommerce? etc.?
2. What is your normal pricing. I could not find anything on your webpage.
3. Does the branding remain or can we opt for no or light branding (powered by Medley)?
4. “Users can purchase items from your shop using cash or loyalty points that they earned from completing your missions.” How do they pay in cash? Similar to #1. The help documents do not explain how to set up a cart or how the transaction takes place as a direct payment.
5. I am trying to compare to Zaap and see if it is worth the switch, is the registration necessary if I do not want to use the Loyalty Point feature? Why not use it? I do not want to add an additional barrier to entry. If they have already visiting one SM account and are now on the profile page, I want them to be in the funnel for the next action. Any sign-up beyond a newsletter subscription seems to slow down or filter the marketing funnel. Moreover, where is the email coming from? My domain or medley.gg?
6. Can I embed the most recent TikToks or YT Shorts?
7. What is the recommended profile image size?
8. Are there email integrations (Mailchip, ZagoMail, Acumbamail, ConvertKit, Sendinblue)?
9. Any web hook support?
10. Will use a profile icon if I do not upload an image?
11. Are there custom icons
12. With the top tier, are there workspaces so I can organize?
13. How many domains under the top tier?
14. Is there a way to apply a custom domain at the super-user level that applies across all other profiles in the account or at a workspace level?

Thanks for all the questions, please let me address them 1 by 1:
1. We don’t plug into anything yet, we host a creators own store. We use stripe to process payments. We will be adding integrations such as woo commerce, and payment processing such as paypal.
2. Creator is $29 a month, Pro (unreleased) will be $99 a month
3. There will be option for no branding from Pro onwards
4. If you sell products for cash you can use stripe to process payments, loyalty points can be used as a discount on cash items or for traditional lead magnets
5. You can give away lead magnets for 0 points, it is an additional barrier to entry but the value transfer now goes both ways. Your audience will follow you or complete missions in return for points to spend. You can be assured of platform growth omni-channel.

1)Pro vs Agency – aside from the number of profiles are there any key differences (now and planned) between the Pro and Agency plans?
2)Relating to the above, do you plan to have an agency white label login where all profiles can be seen / managed as necessary?

a)In Pro/Agency does each ‘Profile’ have their own login?
b)In Agency with unlimited users can we assign multiple users (with their own login) to each profile?

I bought the pro plan:
1. Why TF is your Intercom widget on my public page. I refuse to use this tool if that’s a permanent fixture.
2. Also, why can I not remove your Medley branding?
3. Design is so limited. At least offer custom CSS.
The points system is a unique idea, but you’re kind of ruining it tbh. I might refund if none of the above changes.

Hi Ben,
Enjoyed the webinar. My only hesitation from going full stack is the lack of intergrations and no specifics about what intergrations will be added. No tool can do absolutely everything so there generally needs to be a mechanism for passing leads out and in. The idea of a user of the platform manually doing this would quickly become sustainable. There are email / CRM and other platforms encompassed in our tech stack we still reply on.
Can you commit to basic intergrations such as webhook, Zapier, Pabbly by the end of 2024?

If I bought agency plan
1. Can I have 7 bios representing each of my brands. BUT I have a link under every brand that goes back to every brand I own under each profile? Cross channel marketing purposes. Some folks may not know I have multiple other brands. This approach will allow each brand/profile to let audiences know I have other brands so all the different brands can see the relationship creating an ecosystem in one comprehensive approach. What is your L.T.D. structure if I wanted to add more profiles under the agency L.T.D.? So if I have 7 brands/profiles but want to offer a few additional profiles to clients.

1. As I’ve seen Medly users mostly offer digital products as rewards. We need to offer physical products. Or, maybe a coupon code to use in the WooCommerce store and they give a product in exchange for the points. Can this work?
2. If people register with their email in Medley, can we connect that with the user registration in WooCommerce? Maybe I’ve read somewhere that the Woo plugin is in the queue for the future.
3. Because Email registration in Medley, GDPR for EU users is solved? I want to avoid any legal problems.
4. We’re on FB with normal posts, Reel videos + YouTube with Shorts + TikTok videos. Can we ask people to share stuff in exchange for points? That would be a huge exposure boost for a small hot pepper farm like ours and help to catch up to the older competitors’ reach.
My original plan was that if people reached max points, they could get a hot sauce as a gift (but they needed to order it in our store and pay the shipment).
5. Can I translate the front end for example to Hungarian? We have some special characters like ő,ű,ó,ú,ö,ü. 🙂 (because the font)

1) for audio content you can redirect to a download link it is not supported natively, with regards to what types of digital product we do have platform guidelines on this but I don’t think the nature of this business violates any of these
2) same as above, right now we don’t support too many file types, you will have to host these on a re-direct but we will be adding these soon, limits will be generous
3) Users earn points for completing missions, missions are constantly growing in what can be done. E.g. follows on social media, feedback forms, reviews. Users will also be able to act as your affiliates and sell your products for you
4) You can buy blocks of 10, for i think another $100/150 will confirm
5) The public roadmap is at the bottom of this page, or should be!
6) Yes we are GDPR compliant, we have information around this on our site on how data is used and cookies operate
7) Unfortunately not yet, it is just card via stripe. Paypal will be coming soon but I’m not sure re: Venmo

Maybe I missed it, but a few questions:
1. I understand there are no associated fees or surcharges to use the shopping option. What does this feature connect with? Shopify? WooCommerce? etc.?
2. What is your normal pricing. I could not find anything on your webpage.
3. Does the branding remain or can we opt for no or light branding (powered by Medley)?
4. “Users can purchase items from your shop using cash or loyalty points that they earned from completing your missions.” How do they pay in cash? Similar to #1. The help documents do not explain how to set up a cart or how the transaction takes place as a direct payment.
5. I am trying to compare to Zaap and see if it is worth the switch, is the registration necessary if I do not want to use the Loyalty Point feature? Why not use it? I do not want to add an additional barrier to entry. If they have already visiting one SM account and are now on the profile page, I want them to be in the funnel for the next action. Any sign-up beyond a newsletter subscription seems to slow down or filter the marketing funnel. Moreover, where is the email coming from? My domain or medley.gg?
6. Can I embed the most recent TikToks or YT Shorts?
7. What is the recommended profile image size?
8. Are there email integrations (Mailchip, ZagoMail, Acumbamail, ConvertKit, Sendinblue)?
9. Any web hook support?

1. We don’t plug into anything yet, we host a creators own store. We use stripe to process payments. We will be adding integrations such as woo commerce, and payment processing such as paypal.
2. Creator is $29 a month, Pro (unreleased) will be $99 a month
3. There will be option for no branding from Pro onwards
4. If you sell products for cash you can use stripe to process payments, loyalty points can be used as a discount on cash items or for traditional lead magnets
5. You can give away lead magnets for 0 points, it is an additional barrier to entry but the value transfer now goes both ways. Your audience will follow you or complete missions in return for points to spend. You can be assured of platform growth omni-channel.

Enjoyed the webinar. My only hesitation from going full stack is the lack of intergrations and no specifics about what intergrations will be added. No tool can do absolutely everything so there generally needs to be a mechanism for passing leads out and in. The idea of a user of the platform manually doing this would quickly become sustainable. There are email / CRM and other platforms encompassed in our tech stack we still reply on.
Can you commit to basic intergrations such as webhook, Zapier, Pabbly by the end of 2024?

What is your L.T.D. structure if I wanted to add more profiles under the agency L.T.D.? So if I have 7 brands/profiles but want to offer a few additional profiles to clients.

3. Because Email registration in Medley, GDPR for EU users is solved? I want to avoid any legal problems.
4. We’re on FB with normal posts, Reel videos + YouTube with Shorts + TikTok videos. Can we ask people to share stuff in exchange for points? That would be a huge exposure boost for a small hot pepper farm like ours and help to catch up to the older competitors’ reach.
