Can you upgrade to a higher tier later if you bought say a tier 2 and decide you want a tier 3 without re purchasing for full price?

Does the PRO version allow to insert into Body when set to “Site Wide”? We have problems with google tag manager because with the free version we have to define specific post types in order to choose “body” and for some reason it doesn’t load properly every time.

I’d like to be able to exclude pages in multiple languages. We are translating our website using WPML, the English version has an “/en/” at the start of the url. Unfortunately HFCM it not able to exclude these translated pages. Any chance that this might be added in the future?

From what I know, if there’s a real page / post in WP database, then it’s targetable. If it’s not a real post/page (i.e. dynamically generated urls), then it cannot nor do I think any plugin can directly target it without using some fancy scripting to check for url slug patterns (has impact on load time).
