    This is not your standard LTD deal, this is a finished product with attentive support. Do not hesitate to buy!

    I have to say, I was a bit sceptical when I first saw this app. But after using it all this week, I've totally changed my tune. I can only give positive feedback and the limits are ample especially with activation up to 5 accounts!

    The support is absolutely superior. I've been helped directly by the head developer Pierre, he's been extremely helpful and professional. You can just tell how much he wants this app to succeed. It's super simple to use, with a beautiful GUI and tons of features with loads of improvements coming too.

    I'm particularly excited about the upcoming AI feature (I believe it's normally 19.99 m, but we're getting it for just 9.99 m. The Shopify integration is another exciting addition that's coming soon.

    DO NOT pass this up if you've ever wanted to use something like Manychats. I'm already thinking of numerous use cases and can't wait to start testing a few out. Seriously, this app is a game changer!

On popular demand, YES, we have decided to add that as an option. So here’s how it would work –

The Business Plus Plan (Tier 3) would allow adding 2 more Instagram accounts.

But subject to a few conditions –
A. Accounts need to have the same owner & billing address for the plan.
B. Accounts need to be affiliated with each other (that is mentioned in the bio of the primary account or some other affiliation method to show the link between the accounts)

The process to activate it is as follows –
1. Purchase the Business Plus Plan for your main account and activate the lifetime deal.
2. Create the additional account from our website – https://app.inro.social/users/sign_up
3. Activate the Pro “Free Trial” Plan & set your secondary account
4. Request in-app support for the accounts to be linked to the primary lifetime deal account.
5. Mention the details of both the accounts & the affiliation proof.
6. Our team would quickly manually review it and link the account.

We don’t have immediate plans to integrate Facebook Messenger, as we’re focused on building a specialized tool for Instagram and enhancing it with cutting-edge AI features. However, in the future, platforms like Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp will be natural extensions for us to explore.

That said, there’s no ETA for these integrations at this time. Our current priority is delivering the best experience and tools for Instagram users.

There’s slight differences in our approach to AI and Integrations we offer. But you can do everything from Manychat and some more with Inrō 🙂

Yes, of course, once they comment, you can not only reply to their comment but can reply to them in DMs using various message types (text/audio/video/photo), add them to folders or segments, ask them surveys/button questions, transfer their data to your CRM, and much more.

Basically, all actions that our automations allow are possible once the user triggers the scenario with their comment. You can also build big scenarios, and there is no restriction on the number of steps.

No unless this post is mentioning you. We’re a Meta Approved Tech Provider and we strictly follow Instagram Community Rules (which ensure your account to be protected BTW) so it comes with some limitation like automating comments on posts related to your niche

Hello,
So the limit of activated contact is per IG accounts but in Tier 2 you can connect 2 Instagram accounts and 5 in Tier 3. So you can activate up to 250k contacts per month across 5 different instagram accounts.
And you can easily switch from one account to another the same way you’re currently doing this in Instagram.
The CRM Private API is already available in beta to few users to test it before rolling it to all users. It would be live for all accounts by the end of the year.

While I actually find the deal really interesting, the lack of AI functionality is an absolute deal breaker for me. In this day and age, a tool of this type without AI integration automatically puts you at a competitive disadvantage.

I understand your reasons for not making AI part of the deal and I think it’s reasonable. It is also important to us as users that you have a stable financial situation without an unpredictable cost block from LTD-users. This leads me to the following questions…

1. AI & BYOK
Are the AI functions accessible in another way, for example by contributing your own API keys?
If not, could we integrate this and include it in the deal terms (important!)?

2. Webhooks
I would also ask you to explain how the webhooks are integrated. Can these be used to make your own requests within the workflow to AI systems and then use the corresponding API responses as text in the workflow?

3. API
Is there an API for the product?
Is it part of the deal?
Will it be part of the deal if it gets added later?

4. MRR
What is your MRR strategy? 84 customers at €20 per month equals €1,680
The maintenance costs for the system, running costs for AI and, above all, the costs for the 8 employees are likely to be many times higher.

AI is available as an add-on 19$/month on Tier2 and 9$/month on Tier3.

1/ we’re considering the possibility of providing BYOK however this only address part of the potential of the tool (only work for FAQ and automated chatbot). AI features covered in the add-on are around rephrasing, lead scoring and AI trigger/filters integrated in automated flows.

2/ with webhook and your own backend or through Make you can already use them to do AI requests and use the corresponding API responses as variable in Inrō

3/ CRM Private API is currently being tested in beta with few users and will be rolled out to all users by the end of the year. It is part of the deal though not yet available. 4/ Our pricing is usage based and quickly scale to more than 20€/month you can have the detail pricing on our website. Sorry I enclosed in my answer external links to our public roadmap and pricing page so the answer was blocked but didn’t see it right away.

1. AI features are accessible with an add-on 19$/month in Tier2 and 9$/month in Tier3. We’re considering the possibility to offer BYOK kind of set up but in that case AI features would be limited to FAQ (the workflow integrated features like AI triggers/filters, lead scoring, opportunity detection, etc. can only be offered via our AI add-on)

2. You can already use webhooks within our workflows. Plugs it directly to your backend or to Make to be able to make your own requests to AI systems and then use the API responses as variables in Inrō automated sequence or CRM

3. CRM Private API is in beta and will be released to all users by the end of the year. It is part of the deal.

4. our pricing is usage based so most of our users are paying much more than 20€/month (if you want to get a sense of that there is a pricing calculator on our website) + part or our clients are enterprise that pay for 1 year contact with advanced features/limits at a higher price. Finally, earlier this year we raised money with UC Berkeley venture fund and some prominent entrepreneurs so don’t worry we got our runway covered.

Automated response or DM Campaigns are written by you so it definitely work in any languages.
When it comes to AI generated answers it supports a vast variety of languages but we haven’t tested it with Malay or Traditional Chinese Characters.

You can totally create and ad and any response to this ad will trigger an automated sequence you set up in Inrō?

The 5 instagram accounts in Tier3 equate to 5 different Inrō accounts link to a single user. You can invite multiple users separately on each account however we do not provide agency architecture under the RocketHub lifetime deal.

We don’t have immediate plans to integrate Facebook Messenger or Whatsapp, as we’re focused on building a specialized tool for Instagram and enhancing it with cutting-edge features. However, in the future, platforms like Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp will be natural extensions for us to explore.

That said, there’s no ETA for these integrations at this time. Our current priority is delivering the best experience and tools for Instagram users.

It works like ManyChat with additional features like payment in DM or HTML widget and a better integration with your current systems and automated workflows.

Hi Christian, yes you need a professional instagram account to use Inrō (Business or Creator). If you link an IG account you would be able to unlink it and link another one by going through support (however we limit this to legitimate reasons: faced an issue with your IG account, your business has evolved and you need to run Inrō on a different IG account. You cannot swap IG account on a regular basis).
You don’t need to activate all accounts slot before a certain date you can activate them as you need them.

If you want more than 5 accounts you can stack LTD and if you reach your limit in activated contacts you can switch to our monthly plan with a discount – 40% off for a year followed by 20% off for life.

FYI we’re seeing our users activating on average 10% of their follower base so 50k activated contacts is equivalent to a 500k followers account.

Hi, as a social media marketer, I find this tool interesting. However, I also came across another tool with an LTD called Clepher. Their tool also offers automations and DM marketing via Messenger, Instagram, and soon WhatsApp. But can you explain in your own words why I should choose Inrō instead? What makes you better than the competition? What distinguishes you from Clepher?

And lastly, are there measures to avoid being blocked on Instagram and to prevent spam? I look forward to your response. Thanks in advance!

Hi Mark,
Clepher is more of a chatbot – meaning reactive to interactions – whereas Inrō can not only set up automations triggered by interactions but is also coupled with a CRM and the ability to proactively send targeted DM campaigns to your audiences.
Also our UI is much easier to navigate.

I guess it depends if your primary channel of acquisition is Instagram. I would say if you’re looking for a multichannel chatbot and don’t care too much about UI go for Clepher. If you’re looking for a direct marketing tool super easy to use and focused on Instagram go for Inrō.

Since we’re a Meta Approved Tech Provider there is no risk of being blocked for using Inrō. However, you also need to respect the Instagram Community Rules. For that we put in place different features – option to avoid sending campaigns to the same contact in less than 72 hours ; status assigned to contacts to avoid engaging contacts that haven’t accepted your request ; etc.

I’m not sure to understand what you’re referring to? We have tracked link that is a card in DM with a button that can be clicked, we have surveys where answers can be button in a card that can be clicked as well, we have “ask a question” where the answers are buttons right above the text field in Instagram conversations and finally we have HTML widget coming up a button that can be embedded anywhere and allows you to capture opt-in to DM this contact when people click on it.

I hope among these things there is what you’re looking for. Let me know

One of the answers has this point mentioned by the INRO Team,

The Business Plus Plan (Tier 3) would allow adding 2 more Instagram accounts.
But subject to a few conditions –
A. Accounts need to have the same owner & billing address for the plan.
B. Accounts need to be affiliated with each other (that is mentioned in the bio of the primary account or some other affiliation method to show the link between the accounts)

Does this mean, an agency cannot use INRO to manage 5 different clients?

Agency can use Inrō to manage 5 different clients but you as an agency would need access to all of these instagram accounts and in Inrō you as an agency would have access to all Inrō account (you cannot transfer the account or remove yourself from the account – you remain the owner with the same billing address).

1)Suppose as an agency, is working for a short term client, maybe 1-3 month project, can we use one of the accounts of the possible 5 (if top tier taken) and after the project, de-link that client and use it for another client?

2) theoretically suppose an agency is working with a massive client, where 50k active contacts isnt enough? is there a way to stack the 5 accounts to get 250k active? or 50k is the limit? i guess you had answered this in one of the questions, but i am unable to find that answer..

Hi Ivn,
You can use your WooCommerce checkout link in Inrō and create a tracked link out of it that will trigger alternative scenario when clicked but you don’t have access to your product catalogue directly from Inrō for now, it’s only available for Shopify.
Going forward we’re going to release additional features in our Shopify integration as well as integrate new ecommerce platforms such as WooCommerce.

What is an “activated” contact? someone who the account responds or sends a DM to? or someone the account/admin chooses to add into the CRM? Does This mean for tier three, 50,000 people can be responded per month?

Secondly, IF 1000 different Mr XYZ are activated for Jan, And 1000 different Mr ABC are activated for Feb, will these 2000 members be counted for March too even if they have not had any conversation in march? Or march will have a new set of 50,000 contacts?

also, how many responses/replies/chats per person/activated contacts are allowed?

Hi Kapil,
An activated contact is someone you activate during a given month. Activate means someone to whom you send a DM campaign or someone that triggered an automated scenario. In tiers 2 and 3 you have Unlimited Contacts in Database meaning unlimited contacts in your CRM.
And yes one way to look at activated contacts in tier 3 is 50,000 people to whom you can respond automatically and/or send a proactive campaign every month.

If you’re not activating them in the month they’re not taken into consideration in your limit.

There is an unlimited amount of DM per contact. However we strongly encourage you to not engage more than a couple of DM on a weekly basis for your most engaged audience and only a couple of DM on a monthly basis for the rest of your audience.

Hi, Yes you can do that with Inrō with our Make integration.

More precisely, you’re using Make to save coupon codes from your Google Sheets to a contact custom property in Inrō. You can assign the coupon codes to customers in a given folder/segment.

Then, in Inrō, you use this custom property as a variable in a DM campaign you send to all the contact in the given folder.

HI Sz,

Yes we’re using the Instagram Official API. The limitations you’re referring to are only when you’re replying to comments (live comments: the DM reply should be sent during the live / post comments: the DM reply should be sent in a 7-day-window after the comment has been posted). Once you have engaged via DM with these people you’re not subject to this limitation anymore. In addition we collect Opt-in for receiving DM and at any point a subscriber can opt-out. These are the reasons why Inrō is allowed to send proactive DM to these qualified contacts with no time limitation.

Yes we are similar to ManyChat with a few differentiating features and mostly a better UX/UI:
– It is much easier to build and use Inrō automation on a regular basis with simpler and much more advanced logic.
– The way our CRM is structured makes it easier to do proactive segmented DM campaigns.
– We have a few additional features that can be key like HTML widget to capture leads outside of Instagram.
– We provide live and reactive support. If you ever had a problem with ManyChat you know you’re on your own and not even them can explain you what goes wrong with their tech.

Hey Etienne, I understand switching around profiles is possible but seemingly discouraged and you’d have to contact support to do so.

If I had a T3, and had multiple profiles, I can imagine a scenario where one of them didn’t take off, etc – and I wanted to start over. Or I guess if I were an agency and wanted to manage clients – if they stop paying, I’d have to swap them for a new paying client.

My remaining hangup is that my ability to do that would depend on your definition of “legitimate”, which could be subject or, hopefully not but possible, could be used as a way to reduce the value of the LTD.

I’d appreciate and expect more control over which profiles I’m plugging in, and why – if I’m buying 5 slots, I want control over them.

Can you help me understand this better, and understand this position you’re taking? I want to buy, but at this point in my LTD career, it’s a big red flag. Thanks

Hi Mark,
Both of the case you’re mentioning are ok with us. So no problem whatsoever if one of your account didn’t take off and you want to start over. Or if you are an agency and want to switch clients.

The support is pretty reactive and even if you could do it directly in the interface connecting a new account, deleting all data of the previous account and syncing data with the new one take 24 to 48 hours. So you’re not limited in your capability to fully benefit from the 5 accounts.

What we want to prevent is “pump and dump” – using Inrō for a month on one account then switching to another one etc. – because it hurts your Instagram account and could potentially hurt us as Meta-approved Tech Provider.
The other thing we want to prevent is reselling accounts one by one (fine if you want to stack LTD and resell it later but not account per account) because they are all linked together and the ownership remain to the same organization. Even if you can add different users on each account the organization have access to all the data. (no worries if you’re reselling it to your clients as part of your agency services that’s totally fine)

From what you’re describing you’re not in those two cases so it is all good.

Contrary to manychat in Inrō you don’t pay for the number of contacts you have so no need to delete them. The limit is based on the number of contacts you activate on a given month. Every month the limit is automatically refreshed.
