A Little About Me
Formed by Mark Marczyk (violin) and Tangi Ropars (accordion) in 2010, the Lemon Bucket Orkestra is a fourteen-piece internationally-touring ensemble.
Toronto residents are well accustomed to their tendency to pop up “anywhere and everywhere”, on street corners (
Scotiabank Buskerfest,
Blackout Anniversary Party,
Ossington Alleyway Party, Bicycle Music Fest) and major festival stages (
TD Toronto Jazz Fest,
Beaches Jazz Fest,
LuminaTO,
Ashkenaz), music venues (Horseshoe Tavern,
Cameron House), and concert halls (
Koerner Hall, Roy Thomson Hall) as well as important cultural events (
IdeaCity,
Nuit Blanche, TEDx Toronto).
They are a founding member of Toronto’s urban folk collective,
Fedora Upside-Down.
