A Little About Me
Formed by Mark Marczyk (violin) and Tangi Ropars (accordion) in 2010, the Lemon Bucket Orkestra is a fourteen-piece internationally-touring ensemble.
Toronto residents are well accustomed to their tendency to pop up “anywhere and everywhere”, on street corners (Scotiabank Buskerfest
, Blackout Anniversary Party
, Ossington Alleyway Party
, Bicycle Music Fest) and major festival stages (TD Toronto Jazz Fest
, Beaches Jazz Fest
), music venues (Horseshoe Tavern, Cameron House
), and concert halls (Koerner Hall
, Roy Thomson Hall) as well as important cultural events (IdeaCity
, Nuit Blanche
, TEDx Toronto).
They are a founding member of Toronto’s urban folk collective, Fedora Upside-Down
