Based on the low price, I was not sure what to expect. I’ve already used different Automation or No-Code solutions, as well as CRM tools like HubSpot. After setting everything up in v01 I’ve checked the different features. Basically, you have the ability to combine all 3 solutions in one SaaS.
You can automate mail workflows (the templates offered really help to get started), manage your contacts & leads and set up workflows with webhooks. I can highly recommend this software for any small or scaling company which wants to automate operations, marketing & sales.August 28, 2024Verified Review -
Awesome founders!
Alex was one of the first friends I made in the LTD world back in like 2018. Every interaction I’ve had with him has been super positive and he’s just a good dude. I’m excited to dive into v01 and see how it can help my businesess!
Plus it just looks super cool. The branding and almost retro style is super cool.

Good alternative to HubSpot, Encharge etc.
As a marketer, I’ve tried HubSpot, Encharge, Klaviyo etc. for my business, but was looking for an alternative. I gave v01 a shot, and it’s been a solid choice so far. Migration was quick (took about 10 minutes with bulk upload) and setting up campaigns and automations was straightforward even for someone without much experience. It’s not flashy, but it does a good job, especially for an early-stage product at this pricepoint.
There are also more advanced features like webhooks, advanced segmentation/testing, fb ad audiences etc. that are premium tiers on other platforms, but I haven’t explored them yet.
One thing I would include are integrations to Shopify/Woo. You can do it via webhook/Zapier but I hope they will do native ones in future. From what I can see, solid tool without breaking the bank.

It is a Go High Level Whitelabeled version?
Hi Ron, yes some of v01 uses the same backend as GHL (leadconnector), though we don’t offer the full GHL feature set, instead we focus on the growth marketing / journey automation side of things.
Scale-up Plan has 1M vontacts and 3 users, whereas Tier3 here has 100k vojtCts and 30 users, being declared to be “Agency friendly”. Please explain the differences between the plans
Hi Dan, these are really just designed for different audiences. Our MRR customers are mostly SaaS startups entering their growth phase with massive freemium/trial databases but not many team members.
On the other hand we wanted to give the LTD community the best limits for what we typically see as use cases for LTD buyers, making sure to match or over deliver on value in comparison to other LTD deals.
Long story short:
Features are the same on the site scaleup plan and the RH T3 plan. There are differences in the contact limits and user limits.
Is this being white labeled through GHL?

Yes part of the platform uses the same whitelabel system as GHL (LeadConnector). Though there are different features with each. v01 does not cover the full suite of features that GHL has, instead focusses on the growth marketing/journey automation piece.
As the platform evolves we’ll continue to develop functionality designed specifically for the growth marketing piece.
how many email Ids can be connected in automation & bulk email sending purpose
The system is designed for 1 band per account. You can set the sender for different purposes, but in principle the deal is really for one brand.

There is no landing page builder, this can be used for lead gen and to close deals however we don’t currently support workspaces.

It’s slightly concerning that v01 is just a white labelled version of GHL.
1. Why should I not just go straight to the source and white label my own version of GHL?
2. Why should I trust v01 as my CRM instead of something more established (and free) like HubSpot? For example, if I have a technical issue and need support would you not need to then reach out to GHL support? What happens if you stop paying for GHL? Will v01 stop working?

– Both are built off the same base but they’re different products, different objectives, features etc. We just use the leadconnector base cause it has some awesome pre-built functionality.

– You can, but it would take a significant amount of work to get it to behave like v01. There’s a significant amount of work that has been put into how data is mapped, how the system behaves, the UI to support etc etc. You could technically make any other platform do the same thing as v01 with enough custom development. Same line of thought for platforms like wordpress,hubspot, salesforce, bubble etc.

– I guess that’s part of the LTD game and part of the risk, but also the reward of early adopter pricing. If you have a technical issue and need support then you reach out to us, in the same way as if I have a technical issue with our support platform we go to the support platform, not google (even though they are hosted on google cloud). HL/LeadConnector is just one of the suppliers, just like any other other.
– On the trust front, I’ve been around the scene for quite a while and many in the community know me already. I’d put my money into someone I know with strong partnerships in the startup ecosystem over a random person I’ve never heard of.
For the Agency version does this mean we can have 30 clients? What happens if we want to add more clients?
We’ve just revised the wording on this, was a cross in comms between me and the launch team.
30 users = 30 seats/team members for a single brand/account.
Product looks great, but the tiers don’t make any sense and don’t even understand why is Tier-3 named “Agency” if it can only be used by 1 brand. It’s just misleading. Would love to take this, but I’ll pass.

What is the social media planner? Is it included in tier 2?
Hey Philip, we’re not offering a social media planner at this stage. This was something we tested with early pilots and decided it was not aligned to our goal of building the best growth/journey automation for the time being.
If this changes in the future LTD holders will also be granted access to the latest features.
Hi so I understand this is a white label version of GHL, just so I understand sustainability, do you have some kind of agreement with them to be able to have a LTD? As I thought it was against their policy..
Just trying to make sure that if I invest in this, it won’t get cancelled in the future etc that’s all!

Hey Stables, we currently use the leadconnector/ghl platform as the base on which we built part of v01.
With that said this deal is not for a whitelabel version of GHL, it’s for v01 and the functionality advertised on the deal page. We fully comply with the terms of all our suppliers.

what about sms, are we able to send text? if yes, how many numbers can we add and what is the pricing per sms?
Hi Eric, sms has not been released yet, once it is available we will share the rates or allow you to bring your own provider.
Sounds great – what about Whatsapp integration as well in the same realm? I guess with GHL that’s possible right? Sms and Whatsapp have way higher open rates then mail so would be great to have this!

The sms and WA options provided by GHL aren’t quite at the quality we want them which is why they’re not yet part of v01. Once we have a solution on this front that we’re happy with we’ll also ship it to all users.

Just got the deal and love everything so far! I think thought it would definitely have a lot more value with adding the landing page builder. Forms are a great way to collect, but what if I want to do some lead magnets, surveys, etc. which would be directly integrated in my CMR?
Do you guys maybe consider adding the page builder function in the future?

It’s pretty unlikely we ever add page building functionality. If we do we will also give the feature to LTD holders.
I seen the previous Agency package which sounded very attractive as someone who would like use on multiple small SaaS (similar saas, but different brands / niches). I understand this was a mix up in wording and there is no ‘Agency’ package, however is there any plan to offer one in the future?
ie if I bought the larger package is there any chance agency / multi-brand features would become available?
I ask because my b2b SaaS are all small volume / niche and would never reach those Contact limits, so it would be only worth buying if I could use for multiple brands (all of which I control, if that makes any difference!).
Hey Rich, there are no plans for workspaces at this stage, if this is something we end up implementing we’ll also allow for LTD holders to use workspaces.
Looks interesting and a great vision. Do you have any plans for WhatsApp or sms options as part of the flows? And if yes, is there any approx timeframe?
I know there is 20% off until tomorrow, however how long will the LTD be available after that? I’d prefer the Growth tier but prob 2-3 weeks before could afford it, otherwise I’ll consider Startup.
Hi Marco, the deal will be available for at least 30 days. We’ll make sure to give everyone plenty of notice before taking things down.

1: The A2P registration setup is not intuitive enough for new users to go through it without a lot of hand-holding. Twillio’s pricing is also all over the place, between send charges, carrier charges, and different rates per country.
Will share more info on how we plan to address these once we’ve made a decision internally. Still testing a couple of different solutions/ideas.
2: Yes, LTD holders will always get wholesale pricing or the option to bring in their own key.

Too soon to say, depends on what the community wants/roadmap. Features will always be included to LTD holders provided they don’t come at a massive per-use business expense (AI/GPT use for example). In cases where we need to charge for them, LTD holders will be charged at cost/wholesale price OR have the option to bring their own key.

SMS will come in Q4 this year, it’ll be the the next focus once we ship the updated dashboards.

Hi Ariston, it is currently possible to sync with hubspot using webhook or zapier.
It’s looking more and more likely that we’ll implement a hubspot integration as this is been requested quite a bit. I don’t have a hard timeline on this yet, will update the community and roadmap with progress on this front once we scope things out.
What is the implementation process for the in-app events tracking (eg logins, usage etc)? Is it just a simple script to add or do we need to modify the app code?
I ask because I am interested to use v01 in a third party app that is white-labled for me. I do not have access to the codebase, I only have the ability to add scripts. Will this work? Are there any guides for setup?
Hi Andrew, the integration is currently done via triggers, if your white-labled platform can send user data over webhook or a zapier integration this would work. I’ll create a tutorial on this in the coming week.
I do like the idea of a script to streamline this process, will look into this with the team for a future update.

Is landing page really ff the cards? Seems like personalized landing pages eg with spintax would add massive value especially with all the other event tracking and variables available.

The other product I’m considering is a LTD email marketing and automation platform. It has a few pros (eg multi-brand, more-established, landing pages, email credits included) and cons (its more expensive, less SaaS/aaarrr-like possibly not as auto-automated in terms of stage progression & templates), compared to v01.
I realize you can’t know everything about other products, and out of respect, i don’t want to name it here, but do you have any “This is why we are so much better than the others, this is where we are going” mini-pitch?

Just bought it. Max tier. Just have a feeling will be kind of taskade in the development way of doing things. The focus should be on jobs to be done framework, not features.
