Yes. External reviewers receive a link, click it, type their name to identify themselves, and leave comments directly on the image or video frame. No account creation, no app download, no onboarding steps.
The same experience works for images, PDFs, and website screenshots. Every plan includes unlimited external reviewers at no extra cost.
Create your workspace, add your brand name and logo, and upload your first asset. AI-generated tags and descriptions appear automatically. From there, share a review link with a client or teammate.
The target first experience is: upload an asset, watch it get tagged, find it via content search, and share a review link a client can use without logging in. Note: a credit card is required to start the free trial.
Reloops uses project-based isolation. Each client lives in their own project, and external reviewers are invited to specific projects only. They see nothing outside what they are explicitly invited to. Your team can manage client accounts inside one workspace with no risk of one client’s content appearing in another client’s view. No cross-client data is ever exposed.
Frame.io and similar tools handle review only. When a project closes, approved assets move to a folder somewhere else. Reloops keeps them in a searchable, AI-tagged library with full version history and audit trail, in the same workspace where the review happened. You also get social platform safe zone previews and AI agent integration, neither of which Frame.io offers.
A comparable stack of review tool plus storage plus project tracker typically runs $115 to $140 per month with no agent capabilities. Reloops replaces that stack.

The API key system works with any agent or automation tool that can make standard HTTP calls, so custom pipelines connect without modification. On Pro and Power plans, multiple API keys let you run several agents simultaneously across different stages of your workflow.
Yes. Your lifetime deal includes access to AI Search and AI Tagging / Smart Metadata so every asset you upload is automatically described, tagged, and made searchable in natural language across your workspace.
AI-powered actions (auto-tagging on upload, Smart Metadata regeneration, and semantic search queries) consume AI credits from your workspace balance. Your tier comes with a fixed monthly allowance of AI credits – the exact number is listed on the deal page on RocketHub.
AI credits are per month and expire at the end of each billing cycle – they do not roll over.
Each month your workspace is topped up based on your tier’s allowance. If you run out before the month resets, uploads still succeed but new assets won’t be auto-tagged and AI Search queries will be paused until the next refill.
No. You can not stack multiple codes to increase your workspace limits (team members, storage, active projects, share links, etc.). The exact limits per stacked code are listed in the plans section.

A) Included Features
Features available at the time of purchase are included in your plan. Future features are generally included as long as they do not introduce significant ongoing costs (such as per-use, AI LLM, 3rd party API, infrastructure, or bandwidth expenses).
B) AI, Credits & Variable Costs
This product uses third-party AI models (text, image, and/or video), and costs may vary over time. Credit usage and generation limits may be adjusted based on underlying provider pricing, which is outside the partner’s control. Current credit usage is outlined in the plans and/or FAQ at the time of purchase.
C) Paid Add-ons
If new features introduce meaningful ongoing costs, partners may offer them as optional paid add-ons (one-time or recurring), often at discounted rates for lifetime deal customers. This helps ensure long-term sustainability of the product.
D) Plan Mapping & Changes
Lifetime deal plans are based on the partner’s current plan structure at the time of purchase. Partners may update plan names, pricing, or limits over time. Your LTD will continue to reflect the value and limits defined at purchase, but does not guarantee access to all future highest-tier offerings.
E) Feature Changes or Removal
Products evolve. Features may be improved, replaced, or removed entirely based on business needs. If a feature is removed, it will be removed for all users (not just LTD holders). Previously included features will not be converted into paid add-ons unless they are fundamentally reworked or replaced.
F) Fair Use & Limits
All plans are subject to reasonable usage limits to prevent abuse and ensure platform stability. This may include rate limits, throttling, or other safeguards.
G) Third-Party Integrations
Integrations and external services depend on third-party providers. Changes to those providers (pricing, APIs, or availability) may impact or remove certain integrations.
H) Long-Term Availability
Lifetime deals provide access for the lifetime of the product, not a guaranteed duration. If the company is acquired, pivots significantly, or shuts down, services may be discontinued.

I started coding at 13 and built my first mobile app at 15, which was featured in the media. At 19, I founded and sold Slangie.com, an e-commerce brand for graphic T-shirts in India, reaching a 4.31% conversion rate and selling 200+ products in 4 months.
After moving to the U.S., I earned a BS in Computer Science from the University at Buffalo and worked across full-stack engineering, AI, research software, data governance, and workflow automation. At Brainlife.io / UT Austin, I helped build tools such as pybrainlife, brainlife-CLI, ezBIDS, and ezGOV, with work connected to publications in Scientific Data and Nature Methods.
I’ve also learned from failures, especially around building products before fully validating distribution and user workflows. Reloops is built from those lessons: solve a painful workflow, keep the product simple, and stay close to usersscover new podcasts. That app showed us how many awesome podcasts were out there which led us to the idea of Minvo. We believe that when creators can do the work of an entire team with AI, they will be able to find their largest audience!

The idea for Reloops started when a friend showed me his creative review workflow and said he wished there was a better version of Frame.io for the way his team actually worked. As I dug deeper, I saw that the pain was bigger than one tool: creative asset workflows were fragmented across storage, review, approvals, website feedback, project tracking, cataloging, and now AI automation.
From my background in software engineering, research data platforms, AI, and workflow automation, I recognized the same pattern: the asset, feedback, approval decision, metadata, and automation layer were all disconnected.
Reloops started as a way to bring those pieces into one workspace built specifically for creative asset operations.

Today, teams often manage assets in Google Drive or Dropbox, collect feedback in Slack or email, track approvals manually, review websites through screenshots, catalog files with inconsistent naming or tags, and connect automation through separate tools. This creates lost feedback, unclear approval status, poor searchability, duplicated work, and slower creative operations.
Reloops brings asset management, file review, website screenshot review, approvals, version comparison, guest feedback, AI-generated metadata, natural-language search, and agent-ready automation into one workspace. Instead of jumping between disconnected tools, teams can manage the full creative asset lifecycle in one place.

Good idea, som basig bugs
The platform is a bit buggy and bugs are so annoying that are hurdle to use. For example I am unable to delete workspace, althoug tooltip says DELETE , it cen not be done. And I am unable to create workspace from the menu, only after I go to All Workspaces and from here click on a button to create new one. So those ar bugs that just preventing me to try further as I lost approx 30 minutestrying to figure out what’s wrong nad that ‘sit. I hope there won’t be more bugs “inside” the app, as that would be a refund request for me 🙁

A Strong Idea That Still Needs Some Refinement
I’ve used Reloops with my team, and the experience has been good overall. What stands out most is the strength of the use case. It addresses a real gap that even larger companies do not seem to cover with their products. I’m not sure why that gap still exists, but Reloops appears to be tackling it in a useful way. That is why I plan to keep using it.
My main concern is video performance. Streaming and loading need to be faster, especially when video is central to the experience. I’ve also come across a few bugs here and there. They have not changed my overall view of the product, but they are areas that need attention.
Reloops is not perfect yet, but its direction makes sense and the core use case is compelling. I believe the rough edges can be improved over time, and I’m interested to see how the product develops.

Got this app, the features they promising looked good, but still not mature enough for professional work to what they compare with other apps. Hope it delivers to what it promises in line with Brandflow, Miro etc.

Seriously amazing!
I love this tool so much. It organizes everything for you and replaces multiple tools. With a transfer of up to 100gb it replaces Sinosend for me, which I bought from Appsumo, for web agency management and feedback on any media I want from others it replaces all of those. It has the potential to be one of the truly great useful LTDs of our time. I would not miss out on this. Best part is they are not done and are constantly working on it. The founder is a cool dude and very accessible. My team is super happy with it.

Can we add 3rd party storage providers to save you server cost? I have 10 TB of storage on Drime.app for example 10 TB on G drive and 1tb on Onedrive.
Can you share more about the auto tagging? Is it text based? How many frames does it capture in a video (if at all) for capturing that data? If we bring in our own storage solution, will we need a separate CDN solution for vid feedback and streaming?
I have kreatli on appsumo and paid 130 USD for 550 GB of storage and 5 team seats. But I am compelled by your vision as well and if you are considering allowing mcp API as well for freatures, power users. And integrations especially as AI editing, media production and workflows become.lre agentic

Great questions.
1. Third-party storage / bring-your-own-storage
Yes, we are planning to support bring-your-own S3-compatible storage options, such as Backblaze B2 and similar providers. The idea is to let teams use their own storage where it makes sense, especially for larger media libraries.
2. Auto-tagging
Our auto-tagging uses multimodal AI models, not just text-based metadata. For short-form videos, we currently capture around 3–4 frames and use those along with the surrounding context to generate descriptions and tags.
3. CDN / streaming with your own storage
If you bring your own storage, you would not necessarily need to bring your own CDN. Our goal is to make storage flexible while still keeping playback, video feedback, and streaming simple. For advanced or enterprise setups, a separate CDN can improve performance, caching, or custom domains, but we don’t intend to make it a requirement.
4. Agentic workflows
We already have agent skills ready, so you wouldn’t need MCP just to get started. Here’s an example of an agentic workflow we built:

The plans are now updated with more storage, ai processing credits and website review credits as well. All consumable credits renew monthly.
Jake, thank you again for the detailed feedback. We took the storage concerns seriously and have now significantly increased the included limits across every Reloops LTD plan:
Starter: 125 GB
Pro: 300 GB
Power: 600 GB
Agency: 1 TB
We also increased the monthly AI processing credits and website review limits.
Uploads currently support files up to 5 GB, and support for uploads up to 20 GB per file is on the way.
Bring-your-own S3-compatible storage is still part of our direction for larger media libraries. Google Drive and OneDrive support will initially focus on importing files into Reloops.
Existing redeemed LTD accounts will receive the upgraded limits automatically at no extra cost.
we edit long form content for 20-30 clients. So need ateast 5Tb, can we come up with a plan?

I mainly work with French clients and I would like to know if your Reloop solution supports multiple languages, specifically if it can display messages only in French.
As a photographer, I mostly manage photos, but occasionally also virtual tours. Is Reloop suitable for this type of use, especially for dynamic web content management like virtual tours?
Additionally, I find that a “White Label” feature with a custom domain is missing. This would be a valuable addition for this type of tool, which resembles a digital project management system.
Regarding storage size limits, they seem quite restrictive. Is it possible to integrate external cloud solutions (such as Pcloud or Google Drive) to increase this capacity?
Finally, is there an option to archive projects as compressed files (zip) to free up server space while still allowing the work to be resumed later?

Users can leave comments in French or any other language. We are also actively working on adding full translation support for the Reloops interface.
Reloops is well suited to photography workflows, and we are actively working to add support for 3D images, which can also be useful for virtual tours and other interactive content.
Branded collections are already available. We agree that support for a custom domain or custom link would be a valuable addition, and we will add this request to our roadmap.
Projects can also be archived to free up storage space and restored later when you are ready to continue working on them.
External cloud integrations such as Google Drive or pCloud are not currently available, but we appreciate the suggestion and will consider it as the platform continues to develop.

I’m working with photography and sometimes editing images using Photoshop or AI tools. On the Reloops platform, is there a feature that allows users to compare before-and-after versions of images? For example, a slider or side-by-side view to show the difference between the original photo and the retouched or edited version. Since multiple versions of the same image can be uploaded, having such a comparison tool would be very useful. Is this feature already available or planned? Thanks!
