We run the prompts daily and average out the data and show you a helpful graph and detailed data about how often your brand is mentioned in these responses, providing you with visibility metrics and insights.

You’ll see aggregate data across different AI models as well as data for each prompt individually with response history so you can see exactly how the AI mentions your brand.

1) TRACK YOUR PROGRESS and monitor how your AI Visibility changes over time with graphs.

Here are the likely reasons for zero results of your prompt:

1) PROMPT HAS NO SEARCH VOLUME – It is likely that the prompt truly has zero searches in AI Overviews. That’s a valid value — not a bug or reason to rate it 1-star.

Just like regular keywords appearing in search engines and how they have high, low, or zero search volume, AI prompts follow the same concept. There must be actual occurrences of brand mention for it to go from 0 to 1.

This is especially true if your prompt is non-English given that is how majority of people prompt these models.

Suggestion: try variants of the prompts as they’d be searched or asked in Google and ChatGPT.

2) BAD PROMPT / CHANGE THE PROMPT / PROMPT IS NOT SPECIFIC – If you entered something that doesn’t have AI search volume, there would be zero results. That’s not fault of the app — it tracks results daily for that prompt. Instead, try variants of the prompt to get better AI results:

GOOD EXAMPLE of PROMPT: “what are the best lifetime deal platforms.”

See the difference? Test, test, test…. just as you would with standard keywords to track whether you rank for them in Google search results.

3] TIME – The system checks for your prompts daily. Depending on the prompt, it’s possible you haven’t been mentioned in AI results since you input the prompt. There must be actual search volume and a mention of your brand to trigger a hit. If there is none, continue to track over time. Remember, just like regular SEO, AI SEO is a long-term approach (think in months and years, not minutes and days).

There is no competitor limit but adding competitors will take away from your prompt usage. For example, if you have 10 prompts on a project and add a competitor, it will take up 20 prompts total since it will start running 10 for the competitor as well.

The tool itself is focused on tracking but we plan to put out quite a bit of content on how to improve your visibility as we do more testing.

Its extremely variable depending on what industry you’re in but were planning to do a video and comprehensive guide about it in the next couple weeks

1. I see Claude is on your roadmap, but Anthropic doesn’t have the functionality for real-time search results. To clarify, are the other models using live web search functionality (Search GPT, AI overview in Google SERPs) or is it just based on each model’s knowledge up to whatever their cut off date is?
2. Will you be adding connectors for reporting tools like Looker Studio or Google Sheets?

1. It will just use the API – reason we are including it is because it gets used in many other ways than tradition search (for example, Amazon has an AI helper called rufus and it uses Claude, so if you are showing well on Claude, you’d likely be showing well on Amazon’s AI chat tool).

2. We’ll likely be adding an export to CSV option which will allow both of those but we also have a reports feature coming very soon.

I am excited for this tool, but if it’s just tracking without guidance to optimize, it’s merely a replacement for some automation to run prompts daily on each AI model isn’t it?

Technically you could run some automation and replace a lot of the apps you probably own. But then you’re getting the bare minimum without all the extras that a fully dedicated product brings, so up to you.

I will say we’ve spent about 9 months building the product so its extremely easy to visualize over long term and across all the models with clear visibility into different models and what not.

Does this work for all google countries and languages? For example, I would like to track Google.pt for Portuguese from Portugal prompts, or Google.com.br for Portuguese from Brazil prompts.

It’s not quite like Google’s actual website in that way, but yes you can use any language and it will return in that language and maybe include verbiage about Portugal or Brazil in the prompt so the AI has context.

This is tracking prompts, not tracking users in any way, so it’s not very related to GDPR. As for our templated privacy policy, we’ll take a look at it again soon, but not at the top of our priority list

I am interested in purchasing the TIER 3 agency level, but I have a few questions:

– Do you plan to implement a fully white-label system? That is, domain, CNAME, and email?
– Is one prompt sufficient to get results across all platforms (Google, OpenAI, and Meta), or is a specific prompt needed for each artificial intelligence?
– What are the prices for additional prompts?
– What are the prices for additional brands?
– What are the prices for additional workspaces?
– What are the prices for additional users?

Do you offer any discounts for RocketHub clients?

I believe it is essential to know these additional prices to clearly understand the costs if the limits set in the agency plan are exceeded, as well as to determine at what price the credits included in each purchased plan can be sold.

Lastly, why are there so few workspaces available?

– For Full White Label, maybe eventually although its not on the immediate roadmap
– 1 prompt per platform and you can choose which ones you want the prompt to run on so you’re not forced to make 1 prompt take up 3 credits
– Currently you can buy up to 1000 prompts/month on RH and we don’t have an option to buy additional if needed but reach out to us if you need more and we can work something out while the LTD is still active otherwise you may need to pay monthly later
As for the workspaces, we’re reserving unlimited workspaces for larger accounts & recurring customers and don’t want to give everything away unlimited for only $300. You do still get 5 workspaces though with the agency account.

I am not looking for unlimited features, as that could jeopardize the project’s viability.
