Amazing software ground breaking for Australia
This Flexisign lifetime deal seeks to solve one of the key challenges of healthcare practitioners in Australia and others that require digitally signed documents while data remains in Australia to assist with data sovereignty. Finding a service that provides functions that even come close to what Flexisign does and offers Australian data residency is difficult. Where this is the case, the costs are exorbitant, and an ‘enterprise’ level solution at that same price point is charged. Flexisign changes the game; it disrupts the market with a valuable service that ordinarily comes at a tremendous cost for Australians who need to retain the privacy and data sovereignty of digitally signed documents. This is a generous lifetime deal, yet a monthly charge remains a bargain compared to others in the Australian market and their unique ability to set data residency locations around the globe.

Compared... and this one is a good choice.
I was trying Docusign, bought Ethicsign and also have Signaturely. Flexisign has many features and the user interface is very attractive and simple. Also, I like the certificate attached with the signed document, with image of signer. Only whish this certificate could be multi-language too (it´s only in English). Also, I´ve seen some texts in emails in English, even when Spanish was selected.
Only thing I´d love it had is integration with local certificate providers, but none of the ones I mentioned have that either.Regarding plans, I expected higher limits for an agency plan in users and API requests for Tier 3. Ethicsign has unlimited users and Signaturely had that too, in highest tiers.
I really don´t understand why other person gave such a bad review… I wonder if he actually used the tool.

Another incredible deal from RocketHub
Lol what a start to this software.. Incredible !!!
Take it while it’s not too late, this software will cost a fortune soon since we will all have switched to electronic signatures. The team behind it is really great, and well done to Rocket Hub for being able to attract them here! I have already started to give advice in the Roadmap 💪

Got a Question? Ask here.
Is the Interface of FlexiSign (Front- and Backend) fully localized in other languages (I am looking for a GERMAN interface).
Yes. FlexiSign dashboard is available in Germany. Also, to ensure that the signer language is also Germany, you will have to set the language to Germany while setting up the signers.
Is there a possibility of increasing the number of workspaces available in the top tier? 20 is low for agency purposes. While we could purchase multiple licenses, it would be more challenging to manage several instances.
Hey Manish,
Thanks for your feedback. Since we are providing unlimited documents per month, we think that the limits are justified. May you surpass those limits, please reach out to us and we will be happy to see what can be done.
Would you maybe consider making it 100 workspaces and 100 users like you did with make forms? I purchased make forms full stack and was hoping to use these both together like a set for all clients.
Hey Pratik – Those are limits set at your end based on your assessment so we respect that. The discussions isn’t questioning the limits you have set in place. The question is about our need for an increased number of workspaces that are needed for our use-cases at a price point that can work at your end. The price point is an assessment that your team will need to do. If our need for increased number of workspaces can be tackled, without having to manage multiple copies of the Agency Tier, that would be the best solution. As business owners we need to make decisions now based on our needs now and hence the ask.
I like your apps. I especially like the UI/UX. I have already bought MakeForms and MakeStories. They are great apps. I would like to buy FlexiSign as well, but for this app I need to have Czech language. I would like to have Czech language for the others as well. Is it possible to add Czech language to the apps?
Hey Miroslav,
Thanks for showing your trust in our products. Much appreciated. I had a word with my team and we can get the Czech language for you.
– Pratik G.
Waw 🤩 Thank you very much! I’m going to buy a license.
I’m looking forward to your other products you reveal on linkedin. Especially MakePakegs
Is it possible to add the HIPAA BAA as an add on to a lower tier for a one-time or recurring cost? Tier 1 limits work well for me but HIPAA would be great!
Agree with this.
Hey Dan,
We acknowledge your request. This time, BAA issuance is automated and doesn’t need a manual interference. That being said, I really like your idea about the recurring cost for BAA. Let me see what can be done.
Another fan of MakeForms (now I have to look into MakeStories). What I like about MakeForm is the GDPR and security features (we need products we use to be Soc2 and ISO27001 Compliant). Is this product Soc2 and ISO27001 compliant?
Yes it is SOC2 Type 2 Compliant
FlexiSign ensures your data’s security and privacy with SOC 2 compliance, meeting rigorous standards for data protection.
And also: ISO 27001:2013 Compliant
Our ISO 27001 certification guarantees that your information is managed securely, adhering to global standards.
What is the plan for integrations? I see that make in the screenshot used for integrations, but looking on the Make website I don’t see FlexiSign listed. Is there a plan to have webhooks? Will I be able to integrate with n8n?
Just watched the demo video and it answered all my questions!! Just bought Agency LTD =D
You’re the man!! And will be one of many that recognize quality when they see it! 😛
Hi, I had a look at your api docs to see if the API could fit my use case.
My use case is letting my customers of a closed online community create agreements between each others via API. Each agreement would look different. So they would need to be able to input the text of the agreement instead of using a template.
For this, I guess we would need an extra in-parameter containing “all the text” of the agreement.
Is this already possible using the “en_message” property in the “create-document” endpoint? Or is that property used for something else?
If this type of scenario is not possible today, is it something you plan to implement?
Hi I’m considering T2 but the API request average per workspace is lower in comparison to T1 and T3.
I notice that tier 1 gets 50 monthly API requests for 1 workspace. Tier 2 then drops to ~33 monthly API requests per workspace using average for all 3. Tier 3 averages same as tier 1 @ 50 per workspace. Would you consider an increase to 150 API calls in tier 2 so it’s also averaging 50 per workspace each month?
Hi Serena. That is total API requests for the account. Not a ‘per workspace’ API request amount.
As for changing the deal, at the moment it cannot happen. Why? These limits are more API requests than any other tool of near the same quality and this LTD offers at a lower cost for a better product with greater security and compliance standards.
I will ask about it at next meeting with them btw.
Charlie, you’re completely missing the point regarding the API requests. The lady is clearly saying every tier apart from T2 averages at least 50 API per workspace (even though the total API request limit is set at the account level for all workspaces). Why wouldn’t T2 correlate to the same minimum ratio of at least 50 API requests per workspace (I.e. 150 for total account?) when all other tiers correlate to at least 50 API requests per workspace? Makes no sense.
Amerjit – Understood. I see what she and you are saying. However, Tier 4 is 20 workspaces. By that same logic, we should be reducing Tier 4 to 1,000 API requests = 20×50. Yet, we offered 5,000 API requests which is 250 per workspace. So 2 of the 4 do not correspond because they were never determined or created based on a per workspace formula.
t’s a total aggregate amount which was carefully chosen to be the highest of all other LTDs including a recent deal. We wanted the Flexisign deal to be the BEST in both price and limits – and that it is hands-down if compared to any similar calibre tool.
This is not to say we do not sometimes discuss with partners about such feedback – we do and will bring it up. But in this case, the logic Serena is using and how we crafted the plans are very different. Hope that makes sense.
Do your documents support Hebrew?
Hi Joseph, for now, these are the 18 Languages that are supported:
English
Spanish
German
French
Italian
Portuguese
Russian
Arabic
Hindi
Indonesian
Japanese
Korean
Dutch
Norwegian
Turkish
Vietnamese
Traditional Chinese
Simplified Chinese
Do add Hebrew in the feature request section of the roadmap here and the team will consider: https://flexisign.featurebase.app/?b=668a8df1385f54abf3023d8f
My main use case is sending already completed documents to users for digital signing. These documents are dynamically generated based on values entered by users in online forms so templates probably won’t work. Once these forms are submitted by the user, documents are generated that need to be digitally signed. Ideally the signatures/initials could be inserted over placeholder text we include in the document. A separate, generic signature page appended to the end of the document would probably also suffice. Is this use case possible with FlexiSign? If it is, I’ll be purchasing a Tier 4 license. I’m also interested in learning more about MakeForms and any integrations you might have in place already with FlexiSign.
Hello, what are the 18 languages that you currently support? Also would love to see an example of an agreement to sign , especially how it looks on mobile.
Hi Jim, for now, these are the 18 Languages that are supported:
English
Spanish
German
French
Italian
Portuguese
Russian
Arabic
Hindi
Indonesian
Japanese
Korean
Dutch
Norwegian
Turkish
Vietnamese
Traditional Chinese
Simplified Chinese
If you want to test it out and check how it looks on mobile before going for the purchase, do sign up on FlexiSign for free and you get 1 document to test. To verify, all the docs are mobile responsive.
I bought tier 2 but after watching the webinar want to upgrade. Planning to refund and buy again. Should I follow a different approach before the 20% discount ends?
The Agency 20 workspace limit is a deal killer along with the vague Flexisign reply – “reach out to us and we will be happy to see what can be done.” The response did not offer a definitive solution, like a price to add more workspaces. Recommendation: Start with 25 workspaces, and add workspaces in bundles of 25.
Hi Robert – Thanks for the suggestion. We will see what can be done. Currently, these are the deal limits and if there is anything we plan to do in the tiers, we will update everyone.
Actually, I like Morgan’s idea even better. Start with 100. Read below…
The total users mentioned is per workspace or for whole account?
Hi Raman – it is for the whole account.
Unlimited= Fair Use. What does fair use look like for number of documents per month per workspace?
As per the deal, the unlimited documents apply to the whole account and not specific to a workspace
Karan – Unlimited is always “Fair-Use”. That fair-use number is “always” decided and shared very late. That results in disagreements and challenges later down the line. An upfront disclosure of that fair-use number establishes transparency and trust. So, let’s discuss that fair-use number and not “unlimited”. Kindly find out that fair use number of document per month and please let us know.
Will flexisign terms of service allow offering private workspaces to clients for their use.
Hi Rajat – You can only create and invite clients to the workspace if that’s your use case. There are access level controls. You can define what level of permissions can be given.
Only create and Invite clients – Could you please clarify the following questions.
a. Are agency owners prohibited from providing clients with a workspace to create and send documents for e-sign as part of the client’s daily business operations, in accordance with Flexisign’s terms of service?
b. Additionally, asked another way is the use of Flexisign strictly limited to the LTD buyer’s “own businesses” according to the Terms of Service?
Just seeking clarification on the definition of what does Agency use mean according to the pricing plan.
Zapier use API Credits?
Nope, Zapier doesn’t use API credits.
Bravo à Patrick and his team ! I just make a review, let me know when i can do it at G2 and Capterra !
So, i have sown that Czech language will be added in the app si I will ask for Bulgarian – can you check if it is possible for you to add it, please ?
Joker 🃏 : we do not have a local tool for signature, so il will be very benefit for you 💪.
Thanks and see you soon on the roadmap !
Hey Krasimir – you can add these requests in the roadmap link here: https://flexisign.featurebase.app/?b=668a8df1385f54abf3023d8f
Thanks for bringing this product as a lifetime option. I came across a few questions by other users that I also need to understand for my buying decision. I would like the founding team to address them please. Do Flexisign’s rules say that only the person who bought the Lifetime Deal can use it for their own business? Can agency owners let their clients use a workspace to create and send documents for e-signing to their own customers as part of the clients’ daily business activities. Need answers to these questions to make my decision.
Again as in makeforms boght in initial stage, there is no option for romanian language. is here any plan ?
Hi Just, If you can add this here: https://flexisign.featurebase.app/?b=668a8df1385f54abf3023d8f and mention Romanian as a language to be added, the team will consider.
upgrade
will plan to get t2 as of now, upgrade option will available in the future?
We are very interested in Tier4 and have a couple of questions:
1. Are the e-signatures QES-compliant? (Qualified Eletronic Signatures)
2. Is bulk signing possible? (many pdf documents in one go)
3. Does MAKE automations count as API calls?
4. What happens if we exceed 5000 API calls a month. Could we buy another package or extend this limit otherwise? What would be the costs?
5. Can Flexisign be used in the telemedicine sector to sign doctor letters and/or prescriptions?
6. Is there any chance to add polish as supported language?
Hi Wojtek – Great questions. Here are the answers to all of them:
1. QES needs Identity verification which will have to be purchased as separate credits. The E-signatures will be QES-compliant once the KYC feature goes live. However, you will have to purchase credits for it.
2. Yes. You can upload multiple documents in one signing.
3. Nope they do not.
4. Sure, you can reach out to Team FlexSign once you run out of the quota
5. Yes. It can be
6. Team FlexiSign can share the list of strings and the person can help with translating the same to Polish.
Hope it answers your questions.
Is the platform translated into French?
Is it EIDAS compliant?
Is it possible to embed a form on a website?
Can the document be sent automatically by email?
Is it whitelabel (email…)
Can I connect my smtp?
Is it possible to send a code by sms to confirm the signature?
Hi Jerome
1. Yes, the platform can be translated into French
2. Yes, it is EIDAS compliant
3. It doesn’t have forms so there is nothing you can embed on the site
4. Yes, it can be.
5. FlexiSign doesn’t allow any Custom Domains and Custom SMTP as there are important security reasons due to the same. Here is a YouTube video you can watch: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3-ogsAmMbWU (do skip to the 44:02 timestamp for the reason)
6. Yes, it is through Twilio’s API. But, it is possible.
Quote: “QES needs Identity verification which will have to be purchased as separate credits. The E-signatures will be QES-compliant once the KYC feature goes live. However, you will have to purchase credits for it.”
1. What will be the price tag for QES credits?
1a. What kind of packages will you offer? (For Example, what will be the price for 10.000 / 20.000 / 50.000 QES Signatures a month?)
2. When do you expect QES-compliant signing to go live?
Do you plan add custom domain for each workspace for full whitelabel?
Hey Host – FlexiSign doesn’t allow any Custom Domains and Custom SMTP as there are important security reasons due to the same. Here is a YouTube video you can watch: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3-ogsAmMbWU (do skip to the 44:02 timestamp for the reason)
What mean for you “user”? I can’t understand ….thank you
Hey Daniele – Users here refer to all the people you can invite to your workspaces and assign different roles. They can be your team or your clients as well.
Hi there, Im using FlexiSign but i need feature
– Edit the Email Subject for send in send proposal
– Add Email CC if send the proposal
Is there cname for workspaces? Both for the webpage as well as the email to be sent out via.
Hey P – FlexiSign doesn’t allow any Custom Domains/CNAME and Custom SMTP as there are important security reasons due to the same. Here is a YouTube video you can watch: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3-ogsAmMbWU (do skip to the 44:02 timestamp for the reason)
Is this an abandoned Project, because I did not see much improvement since it started at RocketHub?
The ETAs are long overdue and keep getting postponed.
Hi Max – not at all. The team is pushing out updates and is working on making the product better. Going strong!
I have MakeForms already. Ideally what I was hoping for is for someone to be able to fill out a form with information in MakeForms, then that information can be used to populate onto documents before sending to someone to esign. Will this be a possibility?
I noticed you have Webforms as “Planned” on the roadmap. Will this work similarly to what I am looking for?
Please let me know if this feature will exist so I can purchase.
Yes. It will be something similar but it will have more controls like whether it will be a public link or it will need authentication, etc.

Construction business with multiple sites. There are site supervisors at different location. Every site supervisor picks up the same document and get 3-4 workers to sign the document. There could be 100 different supervisor and 100 or more workers. How do you suggest I pick a plan in this scenario?
Hi Sarav – we advise that you buy multiple codes of the highest tier as that will suit your use case.
Why are the ETA on the Roadmap always overdue? Since I bought this deal a couple month ago I did not see much improvement 🙁
I am sure there is a better way to keep customer satisfaction high!
Hi Pratik,
A few questions if you could help:
1)SMS via Twilio
a)Could you explain how the SMS authenication would work in practice?
b)Does this mean we could some kind of secure token sms link to a client in addition to an email?
2)Custom fields/Zapier
a)The product I’m currently using allows me to create unlimited custom text fields (and decide which are mandatory) – I can then feed the values of these into Zapier to connect with the rest of my tech stack.
Is this something that your tool will be able to do?
b)Do you have an ETA on Zapier?
c)Are you considering intergration tools such as Boost.Space and Albato?
3)Send link
Can we create a document for signage and create a shareable link without emailing it?
4)Payment
In a recent email it was stated that a new feature would be a payment field whee you can decide how much each user would pay. I may not have understood what this means in practice so could you clarify these questions:
a)Does this mean you are intergrating with a payment provider/s like Stripe – or is it more like a type of field?
The next 2 questions my my not be relevant:
b)If so how does the platform allow payment to take place without losing the form fields already entered and then ‘redirect’ back to the form ready for the e-signature to be completed?
c)When will this feature be live and will it be included in all tiers of this deal.
Many thanks,
Matt
can this Esigning tool contract be embedded into a website like PandaDoc?
