Team DropCommerce is working on releasing the integration by Q1 of 2025. They heard you all and WooCommerce is now being prioritised.
Absolutely! DropCommerce has an in-app messaging system that allows you to message the suppliers directly, or we can provide you with their contact details on request. Just make sure that you’re respectful of their time. Small business owners are some of the busiest people around!
The majority of our products do, but some do not. We allow our suppliers to decide what countries they want to ship to, so it varies. You can see what countries a supplier is shipping to on the product’s page.
If you’re experiencing issues with your supplier, the product, or the fulfillment process then DropCommerce’s support team will be happy to help! They are currently available 7 days a week by email or by chat. Please see their Contact Us page for more details.
Sending orders for fulfillment is a quick and easy process! If you are on our Professional plan or above you can turn on automated fulfillment. Or, you can fulfill the order through the Orders tab of the dashboard by clicking two buttons. Select “Pending”, then click on “Pay Supplier & Fulfill Order. See this article in our Help section for more details.
After purchasing you will get a unique redemption code within your Order Confirmation email. It will also contain Redemption Instructions. Simply follow the instructions to redeem your purchase.

So far, so good!
I am holding on to this one for their Q1 2025 launch of Australian suppliers. DropCommerce are working towards 12 suppliers in Australia, hopefully that’s just the beginning.
However, having snooped through the current US Canada product range shows that Dropcommerce offers really nice, quality products that deliver in days. Exactly what their marketing says!
I’ve exchanged a number of emails with Spencer who has been incredibly prompt, courteous and generous with his time in responding.
I am excited to see what Q1 2025 brings and can’t wait to sell via the DropCommerce platform.

Is there a list of current suppliers and products available on the platform?
Hi Nathan, we do not have a public facing list of our suppliers and products, however if you like you can sign up on a free account and browse through to see if it’s the right fit for you.
I should also mention, we will be launching a new distributor of over 200 suppliers on DropCommerce by the end of the week, and I believe we will be updating this page when they are live.
We add new suppliers weekly, and once the holidays are over we will be ramping up supplier / product growth on our network. The holidays slows down a bit for supplier growth as a lot of the brands are already quite busy, but come January expect a significant expansion to our network!
Would this work with launchcart or ghl?
Hi Chris, we are not directly integrated with them, but I am curious to explore them further to see if there is an avenue for integration / partnership. Nothing planned at the moment.

Hi Asad, we plan to launch our WooCommerce integration in 2025. As for connecting to multiple stores, a license only works with one store at a time, however we can look at a discount for additional stores.

Are there POD suppliers?
We do have suppliers that can do POD / customization, however we do not have the tech in place yet for you to design products. We plan on launching design tech in Q3/4 of 2025
That’s OK. I prefer to upload my own designs but give the buyer an option to customize design like with name or date would be nice. Like for a birthday or wedding gift.

When purchasing a Pro or Exucutive plan, can I customize products in a specific niche for each store separately?
Yes you can! You will be able to switch between stores separately and select the products for each one.
On what basis are the products selected to be offered in the limited plans?
Are you asking about the selection of the products on DropCommerce? If so we have a vast variety of products, everything from handmade home goods, clothing, electronics, etc, we currently have over 15 parent categories.

I signed up a free account to test the platform, when browsing suppliers’ products the pages load quite slow. Is this just today or more like a norm?
Hi Daren, that should not be the case. Can you please email me at [email protected] and cite this conversation so we can look into what’s happening? Speed is usually good, and we are launching a big update by Q2 of 2025 refreshing design and boosting performance.

Our Shopify integration is significantly better, and we have big improvements coming to our other integrations soon, however will check to see what’s happening atm.
I manage a store on eBay. We want our own private store. Can we host a store on Drop Commerce without using Shopify or any other storefront service?
Hi there, not at this time, but it is something we are considering in the future. For now you would need a storefront service.

1. We updated the deal to include 5 stores on Tier 5, so yes to confirm one redemption can be used on five stores, and can be transferred to new stores.
2. When WooCommerce is added you can use your store allotment with WooCommerce or transfer to it. Typically you would only use a store on one or the either, not both at once, so you would use up two stores in that case.
Can I integrate it with any third party e-commerce platform? If yes, how easy and difficult the integration would be and what will be the regular efforts to synchronize product details lateron on regular basis
Hi there, currently you can integrate it with Shopify, Wix, BigCommerce, Shoplazza, and coming in Q1 2025 is WooCommerce. As for external platforms outside of that I would need to know the specific platform to see how easily the manual integration would work, but yes it’s possible. If you like please contact our support team to ask mentioning a specific example and we will check that for you. Regardless of platform, product details and inventory should be synced between the supplier and yourself.
Can the dropship orders be placed directly from Bigcommerce channels – I have added downstream channels to Bigcommerce and publish the dropcommerce SKUs to the channels. If a order is placed in one of the Bigcommerce channels (e.g. vend), will it be directly placed in Dropcommerce vendor system for fulfillment?
Hi Ted, yes we integrate directly with BigCommerce, would just need to install DropCommerce from the BigCommerce integrations store and your orders will be processed to DropCommerce.

1. We are at our 6 year anniversary this month. Generating MRR and plan to expand to other revenue streams next year. Lots of expansion plans for 2025. Not looking to sell at this time.

5. Yes that’s correct. You connect to Shopify, import DropCommerce products into your Shopify store. When an order comes in, we process the order info and payment to the supplier via DropCommerce.

Yes correct, we do not currently provide a store front. We are working on our manual integration which will allow you to import DropCommerce products into any site you choose, but for now you would need a store front with Shopify, Wix, BigCommerce, Shoplazza, or WooCommerce (coming Q1 2025)

What does “Import 100 Products” mean? Is it per day or per month?
It is 100 products in total for your eCommerce store.
Can I swap within the 100 products?so if a product becomes unviable I can delete from store and replace with another product still totalling 100
Yes absolutely, the limit is for products imported at one time, not a lifetime allowance on total imports!
