Great potential but trust issues and lots of "gotchas"
The team is passionate and the tool seems to have a lot of potential. A major turn off however is their policies. I found out by mere chance when talking to support that you couldn’t replace your LinkedIn accounts once linked. I raised the issue with their support and after a lot of back and forth they said ok, we will let you link and unlink as you wish until July.
Then, I thought that was still ridiculous so I started a discussion in an LTD group and they changed their policy and clarified it on this page.
Later on I discovered from another fellow LTD buyer that you must claim all your accounts/seats within 60 days. Well, what if I don’t have that many LinkedIn accounts?
All the talk about dedicated IPs and the cost of linking and unlinking accounts has an abundance of different solutions like controlling the frequency of account change, allowing you to get your own IP or charging a fee for IP change…etc…etc.
It feels like the reality is that they just want it that way, and they have all the rights to as long as they are transparent, which they aren’t. They amended the listing to include the weird no unlinking policy, then now with the you have to claim all accounts policy, I don’t see an update to the listing.
Who knows how many other gotchas we’ll discover after the refund period? They’re off to a pretty bad start in my opinion in terms of building trust and transparency.
I had an agency tier but I’m refunding and only keeping the lowest tier to minimize my risk in case of other “unfortunate” gotchas that appear down the road.
If the founder is reading this, please work to earn our trust and transparency by showing good faith and punishing abusers when caught, instead of treating everyone like a potential abuser and putting ridiculous policies that make this LTD very impractical for many use cases.

Flexibility, Inconsistency of Policy and Transparency
The app seems promising, but they have a weird policy. Initially, the app was offered as the “Agency Plan,” and I purchased it as the Max plan. However, it turns out that they have a peculiar policy that was not disclosed in the deal: YOU CANNOT change your LinkedIn account. This is problematic, as I assumed I could use this for client offering services since it’s labeled as the Agency Plan. The response from Aimfox Support is that they are just following the policy, which I understand, but please include it in the deal for transparency. I’m glad that after the incident, the RH team included an addendum in the FAQs. However, since it cannot be used for customer revenue generation, I opted to refund my agency plan and purchase a lower tier with 2 seats and 3 LinkedIn accounts.
Upon redeeming, I was surprised that the onboarding code provided by RH did not allocate all the seats; instead, you need to contact support, and they will provide the remaining seats. While that’s fine, the issue arises with the validity of the code. Since the RH code does not fully allocate seats upon redemption, there will be remaining codes waiting to be used. In my case, having tier 2, I redeemed the first code using my personal LinkedIn account, leaving me with 2 codes from Aimfox support.
Here’s the strange policy: they state that the two remaining codes must be redeemed within 60 days. This is a completely unacceptable policy that was not disclosed in the deal. Why? I only have one LinkedIn account now, and if you don’t allow us to change frequently, how can we redeem them with a permanent account right away? The main issue here is when you purchase 20 seats on the agency plan; you must redeem the 20 codes with a permanent LinkedIn account within 60 days, which is frustrating. Honestly, the app has potential, but the inconsistency in policy, transparency, and flexibility of changing accounts do not complement each other.

Lots of Bugs - Useless of Taking LTD Agency Account If you consider for clients
After using it activately 5 days here is my review.
This product has a lot of bugs. You’ll end up spending 5-10 hours setting up a campaign with content, and one bug will erase all the sales copy templates you’ve created for your campaign and also your campaign will vanish as well.
After that, all you receive is an email saying “sorry,” with nothing else they can do for you. Additionally, there’s an issue with spacing in the auto translator that doesn’t work properly, and I have sent a message about this, no answer.
I have launched a new campaign again a day later, and since then no status of the campaign, it’s like freezing.
The LinkedIn lead search feature is unfortunately not very effective; it’s similar to the regular LinkedIn home page search and doesn’t offer much more.
Sometimes when I try to log in, the page shows an error.
One thing I love about this tool is that it helps with personalizing invitations and sending open profile emails.

Looks good
I was using a different tool and got into issues with LinkedIn. After that I have been very skeptical of any other tool.
Been using Aimfox for over a week now and it works smooth. No issues so far and doing exactly what it says.
Great for outreach.June 24, 2024Verified Review -

Got a Question? Ask here.
Are the results an X-ray of LinkedIn links or just what the specific user would see? you know that LinkedIn is limiting searches – how do you tackle that issue?
Sorry Andrea, I’m not completely sure I understand your first question! About the limiting searches – we offer free InMails as an integral part of our outreach features, so you can save up on connection invites and bypass them by sending InMails to profiles with that option set up in their LinkedIn privacy settings.
Can I have 10 accounts in one workspace and 10 in another? Or each workspace must haver one account?
Does Tier 4 allow us to have whitelabell or any type of agency control?
Is webhooks ready? If so, what type of triggers do tou have?
Can I reply messages received from LI using Aimfox? If so, what is the sync time between LI messages and AF?
Can I by more than 20 accounts?
Thank you!
Hello MBO!
Basically, one workspace = one LinkedIn account. One workspace can have more users managing it within the same subscription (owner, admin, member-level access).
Sadly, Aimfox currently doesn’t offer Whitelabel support.
Yes, Aimfox has a fully integrated real-time Inbox that behaves like LinkedIn’s. There is a maximum of 2-3 seconds of downtime!
You can buy as many accounts as you want if you purchase more than the Tier 4 plan. 🙂
Hopefully, this answers your questions!
And about your webhooks question – Aimfox currently supports Zapier integration, and custom webhooks are on our feature development roadmap.
Can you include whitelabel as part of RH-Agency plus? A competitor that ran a successful campaign on Appsumo recently did the same
Aimfox currently doesn’t provide Whitelabel support, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t on our feature development roadmap!
What is a workspace?1 LinkedIn account? How about the users then,?
Aimfox offers multi-user management with three access levels: owner, admin, and member. That means infinite different users can access the same LinkedIn account and use our lead management features (like leaving tags and notes) and Inbox to work as a fully functional team without the owner giving them their LinkedIn account password. 🙂 You can read more about this feature here: https://help.aimfox.com/en/articles/9158916-working-with-your-team-in-aimfox
When speaking of “users” on the RocketHub pricing, we mean that you can connect that many LinkedIn accounts. So 20 users = 20 subscriptions = 20 connected LinkedIn accounts, with multi-user management features per subscription. Hopefully, this answers your question!
Hi Jean, 1 workspace will have 1 Linkedin Account and 1 user. If you want more users and accounts, higher plans will suffice for your needs.
Hi, where can I see the industries. I mean, how can I know I can find my niche?
Hey Jee! Basically, you can find any industry on LinkedIn. Aimfox mirrors that data with a full in-app LinkedIn search integration. If you’re unsure if you can use Aimfox for your use case, just head over to LinkedIn’s people search and then click on “All filters” option. There you will see the industries, and that’s what Aimfox search relies on as well. 🙂 Hopefully, this helps!

How change the LI profiles anytime?
Currently, once you connect your LinkedIn profile to Aimfox, you cannot unlink it from that subscription. We’re working on that feature and will have support for changing LinkedIn profiles by the end of this year.
Hey guys, I have a few more questions.
1.Can I buy Tier 4 twice, so I can have 40 accounts under one main account?
2. Do you use residential IP address to connect with our LI account, if so, can we choose the location?
3. Can I do Boolean search inside your tool and use negative words to exclude people that are not in my target audience?
4. Can we create InMail specific campaigns, so the campaign send Inmails only?
5. Can I add tags to mark specific prospect and do a search by tags?
Thank you and I look forward to buying your tool.
Hey Marcelo!
1. Sure! 🙂
2. Currently, we have two types of IPs depending on the country – some are mobile proxies, and some are from popular VPN providers (both are residential).
3. Yes, you can use Boolean search in our Search campaign, and you can use negative words for exclusion as well. 🙂
4. Yes, you can create InMail-only campaigns!
5. Yes, Aimfox has a Leads database that is fully synced with your LinkedIn connections. You can add Tags to filter your leads within that database or Notes for additional context about the leads. These features are also accessible to other users you invite to your workspace.
Do you thinking to add a campaign by sales navigator search? or any other url?
We currently don’t support Sales Navigator integration, but it is part of our feature development roadmap! Currently, we support five campaign types: Search campaign, Group campaign, Post campaign, Event campaign, and List import campaign.
Hi,
I am interested to know how Aimfox is different from Kanbox. Furthermore, is it safe to use with LinkedIn, and is there no threat of account blocking by LinkedIn for using third-party automation tools?
Thanks, I am looking forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,
Hello Jawad! While Kanbox focuses primarily on scraping LinkedIn data, Aimfox enables you to utilize it for LinkedIn outreach and lead-gen automation. You would need to connect your LinkedIn account, create an outreach campaign with several touchpoints, and, of course, choose your target audience. After that, you can sit back and relax until someone responds to your campaigns – then you can reply to them in our in-app Inbox that behaves the same as LinkedIn’s. Kanbox and Aimfox core use cases are different, and their use depends on your needs.
Regarding your safety questions, Aimfox is 100% compliant with the LinkedIn guidelines by fully simulating user behavior, scaling the outreach slowly, and placing limits on your account’s interactions.
Hopefully this answers your question!
How does Aimfox measure up with LinkedInHelper?
What’s the process for onboarding clients? Is there a way to do that where the client doesn’t have to share their LinkedIn login details with me?
For example on Waalaxy a client can set up a free account and then I invite them to my team.
Also, what happens if the connection between the client’s LinkedIn and Aimfox drops? What would be the process for reconnecting?
Hey John, good question! We have multi-user support, meaning we have three access levels: owner, admin, and members. Currently, owners have a 1:1 correlation with the subscription they create, and the subscription is directly related to the connected LinkedIn account. Currently, only the owner can connect the LinkedIn account to the subscription. In the future, we plan to develop workspaces, where we will basically “untie” the subscriptions, owners, and IN accounts relationship I just mentioned, and everything will be more flexible then. 🙂
When you’re disconnected, you get a banner at the top of the UI with a button to reconnect your account directly through your dashboard. Basically, you just need to log in again, and you will be reconnected.
– If I’m using free LinkedIn, then inMail is my only initial message option. If the request is accepted and the user replies back to my initial inMail, will the follow-ups be sent?
– Can creating multiple campaigns get my account banned? Because now Aimfox will be making actions through my account multiple times.
– Good question! Currently, we don’t support follow-ups for InMails, even if they are accepted
– Multiple campaigns won’t get your account banned since Aimfox always stays within LinkedIn’s usage guidelines. Adding new campaigns will lower the outreach scale of other active campaigns, so your account always stays within these guidelines.
1. When I remove a LinkedIn account and later connect a new one, does that mean I need a new code or the slots are always available and I can change different LinkedIn accounts?
2. Can I run a campaign with multiple LinkedIn accounts in a single campaign?
3. Can I see somewhere central all my incoming messages for all the LinkedIn accounts or do I need to change workspace each time?
1. Currently we don’t support LinkedIn account removal – this will be supported by our Workspaces feature, which is scheduled to be developed by the end of the year! Once you connect your LinkedIn account, it will be linked directly to your subscription.
2. Keeping in mind my answer to the previous question – you cannot. Since 1 Subscription = 1 LinkedIn account, you cannot have multiple LinkedIn campaigns work in the same campaign. But you can always set up identical Outreach Targeting options in different subscription workspaces.
3. Yes, you would need to change the current subscription workspace every time.
We will implement full Workspace support by the end of this year.
Your 1st reply contradicts what you have said in the 1st FAQ.
Will we be able to remove the LI accounts after you make the workspaces live? As you said “Currently we don’t support LinkedIn account removal – this will be supported by our Workspaces feature, which is scheduled to be developed by the end of the year!”
When are you going to add the extension for profile integration like your counterpart tool? Because sometime otp things is not working. One more thing right now it hasn’t feature of reaction & custom campaign making like heyreach.
Are you going to add this thing into your roadmap?
Sorry, I haven’t quite understood what you meant by the question, “Add the extension for profile integration like your counterpart tool”!
Currently we don’t support reactions, but all of these features in our 2024 product development roadmap!
An important note for those thinking about jumping in on this. Your account limits are permanently linked to your LinkedIn accounts. Meaning, if an employee leaves or an account gets banned, you lose a seat that you’ve paid for. You can’t replace an account, you have to use up another seat. This is what support told me and they have every right to structure the limits the way they want, but this certainly makes it a lot less appealing for me.
I hope you reconsider this or at the very least clarify how the limits work on the LTD page because as it stands now I find it misleading. This seems like an amazing tool and I was very excited about it, I hope you consider changing this to something that works for both you and us. Maybe limit the number of times you can replace linkedin accounts yearly or something if you’re scared of some sort of abuse, but locking in my LinkedIn account to my seat forever and forcing me to lose a seat I paid for because my LinkedIn account got banned or an employee left me is not a great way of doing businesses in my opinion.
Hello Youssef. I’m sorry this was communicated the wrong way from our end.
The 100% valid data is: We offer a custom “on request” LinkedIn profile switch if your employee leaves you, or your profile gets suspended/banned. Besides these use cases, we don’t support profile switching.
We have also updated the website Deals page, and the FB community about these terms as well!
What is your roadmap?
In the upcoming period we will work on adding more Integrations features and making it easier for our users to connect Aimfox with their CRMs and general martech. We will work on adding more Analytics features so our users can make better data-informed decisions. Also, we will develop Sales Navigator support, and finally we will implement new Campaign types and templates, to match the most popular and industry-relevant Use cases. We will also enhance our existing AI features and optimize their logic even more, and of course we will look for opportunities to implement AI elsewhere. Lastly, we will upgrade the existing “Workspace” and “Multi-user” concept, making it even easier for big teams to collab within Aimfox.
So I purchased tier 4 and already activate and connected my LinkedIn account . Can you please clarify if we also need to get all remaining 19 LinkedIn account seats active within 60 days?
It is not possible for me or many if us to sign up 19 clients in 60 days unless we already have these clients before we purchased this deal.
Second, could we add clients above our limits at a locked ltd price?
Last, can you add a generic link (so the url doesn’t say aimfox)we can send to our clients so they can enter their user name and password so that it is not so awkward to ask over the phone. Then push the encryted information to connect the account?
Thx
Hi Manny!
Sorry for waiting this long for an answer. I don’t know how I missed your question here.
First question: Yes, you will need to activate all of the remaining accounts too until the December 31st. That is our latest update and decision that was made today!
Second question: You will need to clarify this to our team, so they can assist you!
Your last question: We don’t offer a solution where URL doesn’t say Aimfox
It says each AF account gets a dedicated IP address. What if I use my LinkedIn account from my native location, and LI catches AF logging in from another IP address that’s not the same as my real geolocation? I might get caught and banned!
It is safe to use your LinkedIn account usually while subscribed to Aimfox. LinkedIn has no inherent issue with accounts being logged in multiple locations as long as it is within reason and none of those locations are flagged. Using a dedicated IP address ensures that your account is not on the same IP address as other accounts using Aimfox, which prevents LinkedIn from seeing any red flags about your behavior.
I just bought the Tier 2 plan and these questions arise and need clarity:
1. The Tier 2 plan mentions “5 different types of outreach campaigns.” Does that mean we won’t get future updates, such as “Drip Campaigns”?
2. Regarding the Future Updates included in this LTD, the description also states, “YES, but to the extent that new features do not have a per-use cost or API usage or substantial hardware or bandwidth cost to our company.” This does not describe what those could be.
3. The description does not mention any “Roadmap.” When I checked with support, they said it is on the way but provided no tentative release date.
Team, don’t get me wrong for asking these questions. I tried your tool during the trial period and watched the CEO and Product Manager webinars. So far, I have a very positive feeling about your product, and the support team is always available and very quick.
I am investing with the hope that more robust features will be incorporated, and the tool will become mature for the same price we invested now.
Otherwise, if we are only forced to buy for the existing features mentioned in the description as of now, this would not make it a great purchase. I would rather seek a refund and pay monthly for a more mature tool. Please clarify these points.
Hi Vinny!
We are always open to critique. Positive and negative. We are trying to further upgrade ourselves as a professionals, and our product. So, I will always answer all the questions!
1. We want to include as many updates as possible in the core service, as well as the agency plans. We cannot speak for all future changes and updates, since some of them will surely require more resources than others, but our goal is to provide as much value as possible to everyone using LinkedIn outreach. As for your question – drip campaigns will be included free of charge.
2. This is an anti abuse clause that will vary from feature to feature. Rest assured that most of our planned features will be designed to fit nicely into the current version of Aimfox outreach and the agency deals.
3. We don’t have accurate or approximate date for realising “Roadmap” section as we are still listening and feeling the vibe/getting feedbacks of our clients. It is in the process of development, and we can guarantee you it will be pretty awesome once you see it!
Per your answer in other question about LinkedIn accounts having to be assigned to Aimfox seats estion: “Yes, you will need to activate all of the remaining accounts too until the December 31st. That is our latest update and decision that was made today!”… What happens if I don´t assign them before that date?
Hey Hector – No, this is not the case anymore. You can redeem them through your lifetime.
I would like to use it, I purchased the agency plan, but it seems that all users will share the same workspace, with the same leads and all the data, so I will have to refund the product.
Hey Felipe!
Aimfox currently works like this:
– Every account have separated leads and campaigns. Saying that one account doesn’t affect on others, vice versa.
In the future, there will be an option to add multiple accounts on the same workspace, where you’ll be able to separate leads and have an access information about it.
You’ll also be able to create separate workspace for every account.
If you can share with me your use case of Aimfox, because I’m really interested! 🙂
Thanks in advance!
Can you help us understand why you are not using Linkedin’s approved OAuth method for login and instead your app is asking us to enter our LinkedIn login details directly into the app? No other integrated apps do it this way. The OAuth exists for a reason — why are you not using it?
Hey TK!
We have chosen to use an in-house solution because official LinkedIn integrations are typically designed for content-focused platforms. Since Aimfox is a growth-focused tool, the standard integrations do not provide all the necessary features we require for optimal functionality.
Our in-house solution ensures that Aimfox operates efficiently and meets all the specific needs of our users, allowing us to deliver the best possible experience.
