AgencyHandy is an app that I’ve been looking at for a few weeks and wondering if it would be something extra. I am the owner of a small marketing agency in the Czech Republic. We can communicate with clients via email and phone. We use spreadsheets to keep track of clients and their requests. When I saw AgencyHandy, I thought I could simplify my business and make our work more professional. I’m just setting up the app now, but I’m looking forward to introducing it to new clients, where I’ll tell them that individual services are ordered in the app, as well as enquiries and bug reports.
When I introduced AH to my teammates, they raved that we’d finally have everything centralised and wouldn’t have long meetings or have to search for all the enquiries, requests and bug reports. The only thing they were afraid of was the English environment for our Czech customers. But I’m discussing that with the app developers now and we should have the app in Czech as well. It will take a while for AgencyHandy to be fully functional, but I can’t wait to get it up and running.March 23, 2024Verified Review -
Seems like a solid product
AgencyHandy has good support and seems like a solid product so far.
I would not that anyone buying the Tier 3 option that you will have to wait for the Workspaces feature to be completed before you can use it on more than 1 site. I hope they will be working on this in the next month!

What about storage space? I didn’t see any mentions of storage space per Tier,, per Workspace?
Storage for each tier:
Tier 1: 2 TB
Tier 2: 4 TB
Tier 3: 20TB
In Tier 3 will each Workspace have the ability to have it’s own CName as well as SMTP for outgoing emails?

Hello I purchased tier 1. Do you guys have any extra charges on top of the regular stripe charge? Also when will the PayPal integration be live? Will you charge anything on top of what PayPal charges?
Paypal integration is in test now. It should be live pretty soon. We won’t charge anything for any payment gateway.

We already have Stripe payments integrated. Paypal will be live soon as well. We are looking into bank payments but that might be a while.

Can you just add payment bank as notes only for while. so we can add bank payment information manually. So they should add proof transfer at the payment form confirmation
You can add notes to any invoice you sent to your clients. You can just add your bank details there and then manually update the status

You can embed you service links in your website but you can’t use links as extensively as in Kitchen
When do you expect to complete all of the tasks on the current road map?
It is priority based but most of these will be live in Q1

Yes! you will get everything in the roadmap. (workspace is exclusive to the Tier 3 plans only)
A couple quick questions:
1. How advanced are the intake forms for the orders? Drop downs? Conditional logic? Ability for clients to upload attachments on a per question basis? etc.
2. When the order forms roll out, can we set those up for subscriptions so that if a client pays for a monthly service they’re CC is automatically charged monthly until they cancel?

1. With our latest update over the weekend clients will be able to attach files in intake forms. Most types of information like dropdowns, and options are already live.
2. Yes, actually you will be able to do that before order forms. Next week we will have subscription option live where you can manage all of that. even new orders will be created if you want simultaneously
If I purchase Tier 3 and set up 2 workspaces (one for each individual agency) and I later want to sell one of the agencies, would that be a problem? Are both workplaces under the same account/user/login?

Every workspace will be under 1 master account. Its on you if you want to share credentials or the access

Yes. You can receive payments via Stripe. And next week, you’ll be able to receive payments via PayPal.
Plase upvote Wise on the roadmap so that if enough people do, they can prioritize it.
I believe tier 1 maybe 2 is all I’d need but the workspace would be nice to be able to have 2-3 workspace options even in tier 1 or 2 would it be possible to add the workspace option or will I need to purchase two tier 1 accounts???
Thanks Anthony. Unfortunately, we’re mirroring how their back-end plans are setup so it won’t be possible without a lot of customization.
So in this case, best to purchase 2 separately or just go for the highest tier so you never have to worry about whether 2-3 turns into 5-6 or 9-10 later.
Is there an autopay integration with stripe?
Where we can use the client’s payment on-file to bill them? create new subscriptions or 1 off payment without invoices?
You can share your catalog with clients and they can do a self checkout to purchase. We are working on the subscription feature where you’ll be able to set how recurring you want these payments to be and clients will be charged like a subscription

Hey Brian, a small point of clarification. 1 GB is the limit for any file. 5 MB is the limit for service banner page only. Please let us know if you face any issues regarding it

why is it a must to link stripe to launch the service ?
As we have only one payment gateway now. There is no other way to receive payments other than stripe. That’s why we made it mandatory

You can create an order manually if you are not receiving payment. Paypal should be live next week. Then you will be able to link Paypal and access everything
Rashik Hoque (sorry unsure how to reply to the same thread). If 1 GB, then it’s great. Just notice the Intake Form is indeed you can upload 1GB.
You might want to update all the attachment with 1GB cause notice the following is showing 5MB and only in this format PNG, JPG, JPEG:
1) Order
2) Proposal
3) Tickets
4) Order Details attachment
5) Others?

Per file limit is at 1 GB for all the files shared. Unfortunately, the workspace feature is for Tier 3 only. Tier 2 is primarily for smaller teams who need the added users
A few questions for you:
1) Right now the only difference between the plans are limits not features (eg number of users and workspaces) – do you anticipate there being features added to the teams/pro level in the future that won’t be in solopreneur? I personally only need 1-3 users and 1 workspace, however I wouldn’t want to miss out on functionality only added the higher plans down the track if the differences go beyond just limits.
2) Is it possible to have the custom domain go straight to the catalog rather than the sign-in? I’m keen to have a self-help service shop as the main thing (maybe with menus, about us etc) and then the sign-in to be a sub-page/link).
3) Any plans to allow services to be added in bulk via CSV?
1. As of now apart from workspaces we don’t plan on making features exclusive to any plans.
2. We can look into that. Can’t guarantee that it’ll be the case. Maybe down the line we can let you customize that.
3. Yes we have plans of doing that in around May once we have few of the other priorities released

Hey Jim, unfortunately, we cannot change the limits of the deal at this moment. Plus, the file upload size is 1 GB and not 5 MB. 5 MB is only for the cover banner that you add inside your dashboard.
I noticed in the video you said to go manually mark the invoice as paid. Do you have to do this for all invoices or can they be automatically marked paid by the system? This is what’s holding me back from purchasing. I have a lot of small invoices each month and having to manually mark them paid is a big no for me.

Workflows aren’t planned out anytime soon but we will have a public documents for all the APIs soon. And yeah things like pably and zapier integration too are in the pipeline
I am interested in Tier 3. I want to use three workspaces for different businesses of mine. However, I plan to sell the remaining workspaces to others for their use – would that be acceptable? If so, I still do not want to access their portals without permission. Is there any provision to maintain good faith in this regard? Not everyone would want me to view their business services, revenue, etc. Is there a solution for this? Can they set their passwords? Will they be notified if I attempt to make changes, etc.? I would want that so there is transparency, trust. I hope you understand my concern here.
I don’t think you’d be able to manage that really. The workspaces get created from one log in so it’d be difficult. If you can, we don’t have any issues
I want to buy level 3 right now, but I am doing the test and you have my agency’s logo in a round shape and that means that our agency’s brand does not have much presence, you have not thought about modifying this so that the logo appears normal, large and not round.
This affects our vision as a brand.
Apologies for this.its just that with the current UI we wanted to have a fixed shape. Hopefully down the line we will make it more dynamic
