Harnessing Potential, My Webstudio LIFETIME Deal Experience
Secured the Webstudio LIFETIME deal and it’s my second best investment to date. This no code builder has great potential, though it currently sports an older looking interface – something I’m eager to see evolve. The addition of container sections would be a fantastic update, similar to what Webflow offers, and it’s at the top of my wish list. Thanks, Webstudio team, for your hard work; I’m looking forward to growing with you!

Epic deal on the best website platform
Are you kidding me?? This is amazing! Webstudio has made my website creation process so much more enjoyable. Plus the published sites are insanely fast (100% on all Lighthouse scores). And to have a lifetime deal on the platform makes it a no brainer purchase. I’d HIGHLY recommend Webstudio to any person interested in creating websites with a no code tool. I’m now building sites on Webstudio instead of Webflow. Get this deal while it lasts!!

Great product but struggling with AI Use
I ask for”create a slider section with five images” and the response is API Internal error…This model’s maximum context length is 16385 tokens. However, your message resulted in 23350 tokens”… Not sure how 7 words gets to that number of tokens

This could be bigger than everything!
I just purchased the agency plan and I’m absolutely blown away! As someone who heavily relies on Webflow, using Webstudio feels like coming home. It reminds me of Webflow in its early days, but with its own potential to shine. Although there are some missing features and the UI may feel a bit outdated, it still functions exceptionally well.
One aspect that I truly love about Webstudio is its creation of Remix Apps, which is truly groundbreaking. I can envision interactions and animations being implemented similarly to what motion.page offers for WordPress. It would be fascinating and necessary for Webstudio to evolve into an impressive alternative to Webflow, with its unique features, appearance, and selling points that go beyond just filling the gaps in Webflow’s offerings. Just like Framer is making waves by providing a better and different way to build websites.
Let’s not overlook the vibrant communities surrounding Webflow and Framer, with their extensive component libraries and powerful Figma plugins. It would be fantastic if we could integrate Relume into Webstudio someday.
In this era of no code tools, new website builders are emerging almost daily. I can already envision Webstudio standing shoulder to shoulder with Webflow, Framer, Bubble, Ycode, and even WordPress. However, there’s much more to Webstudio than just offering cheaper hosting options and open source code. I am incredibly curious about how Webstudio will carve out its own niche.
Only time will reveal the full potential of Webstudio, along with its remarkable marketing strategies, of course.
For now, this deal is a complete no brainer! Investing 200 in a tool that is still in its early stages is a reasonable long term investment. Give it three more years, and we might be in for a pleasant surprise! From being a mere Webflow copycat, Webstudio has the potential to become an innovative, robust, and perhaps even a one of a kind competitor in the game. The stage is set! 🙌🚀✨

A Not-to-Miss Deal
I’m always keen to discover tools that can make the arduous, time-consuming tasks either more pleasing, or faster to complete. WebStudio is one such tool, with everything I need in the one place. Even if my typing and clicking gets tiresome, I can switch over to voice. I chose the Pro Plan. At $99 LTD, it’s a must-have deal that I can see is going to keep giving for a long while to come. Really excited to get some serious productivity underway with this innovative tool.

All the beauty of Webflow, with No-Lockin
I love Webstudio. This tool, similar to Webflow, guarantees a fast learning curve for all Webflow users. Its use of Design Tokens for style reusability is like magic – you won’t want to go back to using classes once you try it! While it doesn’t currently have all of Webflow’s features, it includes everything I need, and its roadmap looks exciting. Plus, the ability to self-host the results anywhere gives me full control, especially valuable for building GDPR-compliant pages!

A Bright Future
I had already tinkered with Webstudio, and was really impressed. There are obviously some improvements to be made, such as the CMS builder, variables, more templates, and proper account management – but these are all things that are already in the roadmap to be done this year.
What sparked my interest even more is Oleg’s experience as an engineer at Webflow combined with the prestigious roster of investors.
The AI feature is in Alpha and already works pretty well! There are also some extremely cool features in the pipeline such as copy paste from Webflow and Tailwind. I’d love to see them expand this feature to Framer and Figma!
Between all of that, and the already impressive start they are off to, this deal is a no brainer for any designer or no code developer.

Got a Question? Ask here.
Do you have any templates?
Hi Leje – See above FAQ #2 for example sites and the starter templates.
They currently have only a few starter templates and are working to release more on a monthly basis.
Also, they will also be introducing a template marketplace in early 2024 that will allow creators to buy/sell templates.
If this is open source and self hostable, why is there pageview limits?
If I install this and then export via cli to another host, is the page view limit still a thing? How so?
Please clarify, thank you
Hi Hipten – The pageview limits are if you keep the site on their infrastructure. In other words, this cheap LTD is giving you HOSTING included for the sites. So there has to be some limit.
If you self-host, then there’s no limit how you use it because it’s on your own infrastructure.
What’s the definition of pageview and wise happens when we hit the limit?
Hi aR – Pageviews = when a visitor lands on your site(s).
As for what happens after you hit the limit, you’ll be notified. You can purchase additional add-on for pageviews.
Pricing as of today is $20/month per each additional 100k pageviews. Capped at $200.
In the future as things scale, Webstudio will see how people are using the network and have more data overall to re-evaluate this pricing and see if it can be lowered or needs to be increased.
At this stage, no one is close to hitting the limit 😀.
It says CMS will be available soon. Will Flotiq be on of the options? Also, do you have blog templates available and is are pages built with Webstudio SEO optimized?
Thanks for the comment Amit!
Flotiq is unlikely to be amongst the first CMS integrations as we’re looking into partners with better limits on their free tier OR partners who are also open source.
I’ll share more on this once we announce the first CMS partners.
re blog: This will come in early 2024 as we shift our focus from CMS to Templates.
re SEO: yes, webstudio pages are well optimized for SEO. In face they’re hyper optimized. Every asset gets automatically optimized and served from an edge server. Every SEO setting you need to configure can be configured via the builder 🙂 Here’s some more info on our recent SEO additions: https://wstd.us/seo-settings
Can I use iOS for this?
Or is this only for desktop systems?
How long do you plan to include hosting?
Hey Kenneth, hosting is included forever with the deal, there is no expiry date. You can also self host and export your app to your own server.
And yes we only support editing the site from desktop. The site itself can then be used on any device once published.
“We are partnering with other CMSs” – will there not be a native CMS like Webflow or Framer? That would be much preferred to reduce complexity and reliance on other tools.
Alternatively, I’d be okay if there were options to use apps like Notion or Airtable as a CMS like you can with other builders such as Super.so or Softr.io (Webflow also can do this).
I just don’t want to have to resort to paying for an and configuring a headless CMS like Contentful etc.
Good question Svend!
So for the release of our first CMS integrations we’re looking to partner with a cloud hosted version and an OSS version.
The cloud hosted version will be an easy implementation and setup. The OSS version is for those who want to self host and will require more work.
In general though, the vision is to not trap you into any single platform (including Webstudio), let users decide and pick the best platforms that meet their needs and have everything nicely integrated from a single interface. The same principle applies to all other aspects of webstudio (components, integrations, plugins, themes, etc).
Re pricing on the CMS. We will make sure to have something for pro users that’s competitive with platforms like Webflow. So for the pro tier on Webstudio you can expect a CMS that can hold 10k items. This is included with the LTD.
Hey guys I purchased tier 3, is there a way we can add team members to our account? Also how much do we pay extra if we exceed our monthly visit limits. Is it possible to create an optional unlimited visits add-on like Kites does for $20 per month?
Currently you can share access with the “Share” dialog inside of the builder. Each project has it’s own access.
As for limits. You will be able to purchase additional site views at $20/100k views, this is capped at $200.
You can also export and self host which does not count towards any usage limit.
Can we at least get a discount for the additional views? Maybe like $10 for each 100k views capped at $100. I don’t want to deal with exporting & hosting. Keep in mind this will only apply for LTD holders who supported this campaign and you can always charge the full price for the regular customers.
Please cap it at a $100. Help us and we help too. Thanks for bringing this deal.
TLDR:
– $20/100k views capped at $200 is the guaranteed price for LTD holders, it will never be higher than this.
– Once we get some data on LTD usage / pageviews we will offer a one time upgrade package to increase your pageview limits.
Original:
Hey Jad and Mohamed. We will likely offer a LTD upgrade on pageviews for LTD users once we get some data on usage from lifetime users. As a general rule I want us to offer the best possible hosting at the best possible price, for all users. I also want to give back to our early supporters as much as possible, but pageviews have a direct cost to us so we have to be careful with them. Once we get more info on how much LTD users are using the platform I will share more on upgrade options.
Is there a save for HTML and CSS? to upload the files on your own server later?
Hi Kris – The exported sites are Remix apps. You can export them via their CLI. They also have CLI integrations with Vercel and Netlify to make it easy to quickly deploy there.
Webstudio builds/exports Remix apps. https://remix.run/
They have built in export options in the cli to export directly to netlify or vercel. High level info on this is in our docs and a detailed breakdown of the CLI and everything else product are on their Github 🙂

If you are tech-savvy and know how to use the tech, you can easily self-host, export, etc.
Hello,
– the view limits are only valid when webstudio hosting my site?
– When I export it to my hoster, there are no vie limits?
– Is the export a kind of zip file where all the necessary files in it and I have only to upload it?
– do you have animation effects for blocks and elements like fade in or typer effect in headlines for example?
Thanks for your reply
Cheers
Markus
Hey Markus!
– the view limits are only valid when webstudio hosting my site?
– When I export it to my hoster, there are no vie limits? Correct, limits are only on Webstudio Cloud Hosting.
– Is the export a kind of zip file where all the necessary files in it and I have only to upload it? it’s not, it a little more complicated than that, here’s a high level overview https://wstd.us/self-hosting but take a look at my comment above it goes into more details about the type of app Webstudio builds.
– do you have animation effects for blocks and elements like fade in or typer effect in headlines for example? Yes we’re working on a complete animations engine. this is something we have planned for earlyish 2024.
Hi Markus –
1 & 2] The pageview limit only applies when it’s hosted by Webstudio. If you export a site and self-host, there’s no restriction.
3] The exported sites are Remix apps. You can export them via their CLI. They also have CLI integrations with Vercel and Netlify to make it easy to quickly deploy there.

In the agency plan, can our clients login and edit their website theirselves? That is, are sub-accounts for clients available? Thanks.
Yes. We do this via share links. You can create a unique link with it’s own permissions for each project. Each link can then be shared with the relevant person (designer dave, engineer early, cathy the client etc each with their own permissions).
How clean is the output? Any demo that I can check the output of? I just can’t if the output is not clean, like producing unnecessary divs like what Elementor is doing.
Hey Helmi great question.
in short: CLEAN. Like as clean and lean as it could possibly be, and more!
You don’t need to clean the output. Webstudio outputs exactly what you create, nothing more, nothing less. If you add 1 div (box) to the page, 1 div is created. No blackbox hidden stuff. Everything is pure, clean, code, exactly as the web was designed.
If want to test this for yourself, create a project, publish it and inspect the code. Everything you see there is line for line what you used in the project.
To add to this, the sites created by webstudio are remix apps https://remix.run/ deployed to our edge network (270+ servers). As far as I’m aware, there is nothing currently in the market that can match this combination for performance.
Helmi – the exported sites are remix apps. You can export them via our CLI. We also have CLI integrations with Vercel and Netlify to make it easy to quickly deploy there.

The pageview limit is total for your account. Unlimited domains. Exported sites do not count towards your pageview limit.
How clean is the output? Is there a demo that I can check the output of? I will avoid this deal if the output is not clean, like producing unnecessary divs like what Elementor is doing.

The link to redeem the enterprise deal doesn’t seem to work, it just took me right to the dashboard. The 1st and 2nd tier links seem fine. Is there another link somewhere?
Hi Patrick – you can go to this link.
For the Agency Plan, click here: https://wstd.us/rockethub-ltd-agency
Let us know if it doesn’t work. Alex will get you sorted.
hmm. Thanks for the quick resolution.
But: I’m not totally sure it’s resolved? So, the code worked, redeemed the coupon / code, and the total due for agency became 0$, I entered my email, and voila!
However, the banner just above my profile picture says ‘pro’, and since I can’t see where to see plan terms or use, etc. from within the app / dashboard, i’m just unsure…should it be saying ‘agency’ there instead?
Thanks again for the quick response!
Hi Patrick, thanks for the followup. What you described sounds correct. All rockethub plans are mapped to our “Pro” tier features (https://webstudio.is/pricing), and their own higher pageview limits.
The team is working on a dashboard page which shows your account limits, once this is shipped you’ll see your rockethub agency limits under this new billing page.
For now you’ll just see a “Pro” badge on your profile as well as being able to use pro features.
Hey Patrick this is correct as all RH plans are mapped to our “Pro” plan (at better lifetime limits).
We will introduce a billing page with visual limits in the future, I don’t have a hard ETA on this yet.
For the future CMS, is the 10k limit you mention per site or total for our account?
Great question. So the CMS is not going to be just a “Webstudio only” CMS. It will be native integration with existing CMS providers. 10k items is what we’re looking at as a minimum for the first batch of CMS integrations. In general providers limit this to one account but some may also just limit it to a project and allow you to create multiple projects.
We’re not going to lock accounts to any single CMS provider, the idea is that you should be able to use and integrate with the platforms you like best.
So back to the limit question. Assuming this comes out of concern that you will need more items for your projects in the future: 10k items is what we’re aiming for as the minimum included for the account. But that doesn’t mean you’re limited to 10k items. You could use different CMS accounts for different projects, different providers or even use an open source CMS and self host.
I’ll create video guides on these as we get closer to shipping CMS in the next 2 months.
I’m new to this topic and have been looking for a no-code website builder for a while. Therefore, my question may seem a bit “inexperienced” to “professionals”…
How are Webstudio pages protected from hacker attacks?
I read “DDOS (L7) protection & bot mitigation” in the description, but I’m not familiar with it yet.
I have a WordPress website and initially had thousands of hacker attempts to log into my CMS. I was able to successfully prevent this by installing some additional security plugins. That’s why I’m a little cautious…
Great question MarTi!
So, there’s a couple of parts to this, here’s the high level:
– Account/Login access: This one of the main reasons why we currently use Google and Github authentication, so that users can use their extra security measures (they have their own layer of protection and also offer 2FA).
– Website/Server access is not public and controlled by us, we handle security on this front nothing you need to do or worry about.
– For DDOS, Bots and other malicious actors we use Cloudflare’s protection, they’ve got a great breakdown of this on their site here: https://www.cloudflare.com/application-services/products/bot-management/
Hey MarTi we take care of security for you if you’re using our cloud, this is not something you need to worry about. We use Cloudflare’s security, I can’t add links here but if you google “Cloudflare Bot Management & Protection” they have a great page on this.
I have some questions in new.
1. I’m using woocommerce, can I create an ecommerce site?
2. How Can I integrate pay platforms?
3. Can I export my creations for put in my VPs?
4. I’m using actually oxygen, its like this builder?
5. How protect the site when I use your cloud?
Thanks
Hey Ram 👋,
1. I’m using woocommerce, can I create an ecommerce site? Webstudio doesn’t run on WordPress so it does not directly integrate with Woo.
2. How Can I integrate pay platforms? At the moment you can integrate payment buttons from platforms like stripe, shopify, gumroad etc. In 2024 we will introduce a shopify integration.
3. Can I export my creations for put in my VPs?
Yes as long as your VP supports remix apps (Node).
4. I’m using actually oxygen, its like this builder?
Yes, it’s very similar to Oxygen. The same philosophy of visually translating code to a UI
5. How protect the site when I use your cloud?
We do this for you. We use Cloudflare’s security.
Frankly, it seems quite unreasonable that the price escalates with every 100 deals sold. I’ve considered making a purchase twice but refrained due to this policy. Buyers require the liberty to contemplate, research, and make informed decisions. What’s the rush to sell if the product is genuinely solid? It raises suspicions. I’m hesitant to make hurried purchases.
Additionally, I’ve noticed a lack of CSS-Grid implementation in the builder’s features. Competitors have had this for quite some time. Is this on the roadmap for future updates?
Hey Riyaz, there are quite a few threads over in the RH Facebook group around the pricing I’d invite you to see more on why the price increase there.
Re CSS Grid: This is expected to ship in early 2024 alongside Webflow to Webstudio copy/paste.
As someone who also loves CSS grid I use them with custom classes and a little stylesheet. Along the lines of “.grid .grid-cols-12” It’s a temporary workaround which is far from perfect but bearable 😇
Wondering if Webstudio AI will be included in the deal/plan? If YES what will be the limit of AI Credits?
Hey Groove pasting this from the FAQs above, let me know if you have any further questions about it 🙂
“AI access will always be included for all LTD holders. Currently we include as many free AI tokens as we can afford. Eventually we will need to introduce limitations and a credit system in the where pro and LTD users can purchase additional AI credits. This deal is not for users who exclusively want AI web design. “
Is there a way to import webflow templates in web-studio
Hey Guru 👋, not yet but this is planned for early 2024. We have already figured out the copy/paste process from Webflow to Webstudio we just need to get match the last few CSS properties (like CSS Grid).
Can it be hosted on Hostinger or it needs a special hosting service ?
Technically anywhere that supports node / remix. We made an integration to host directly on Vercel and an awesome community contributor built an integration to Netlify which is now also available to everyone. This list of direct integrations will grow over time, I expect it to be mostly community driven.
Hi Webstudio staff
Doubling the price of the Pro and Agency plans is a shame. Why not bump up the price incrementally. Going from $99 for Pro to $199 and Agcency from $199 to $399 is a detractions for sure.
Hey Mark, we did it incrementally though it was fast as many deals were sold 😇
Hi Webstudio Folks,
Watched the webinar and was super impressed.
I understand you are building Webflow to Webstudio copy/paste. My question is, I use Relume to build sitemaps & wireframes and it has a direct export to Webflow as they have built a library of Webflow components. Will I be able to use the same type of workflow to bring a wireframe from Relume into Webstudio? If the answer is yes, I’m in, full stack.
Thank you.
Hey Eric, the plan is to make Webstudio copy/paste compatible with everything Webflow.
Until we get there though I cant guarantee what will work and what won’t, I’ll have more info on this as we wrap up development on CMS integrations and begin working on this.
That said, imagining a worst case scenario where Relume copy/paste does not work we’ll find an alternative UI kit provider to integrate with (or just build our own 🙂 )
Hi
1. have planned to integrate his own store like woocommerce? with cart page, checkout and payment gateways?
2. have plans to add block templates in the builder? for hero sections, etc?
3. can i make animations?
Hey Ramiro!
1. have planned to integrate his own store like woocommerce? with cart page, checkout and payment gateways? – Yes we do have plans to integrate with eCommerce providers, unlikely woocommerce though. At the moment we have a native shopify integration planned and buy buttons from most ecom providers already work 🙂
2. have plans to add block templates in the builder? for hero sections, etc? – Yes this is planned, we’ll start looking into it in early 2024. I’m working on a block template at the moment 🙂
3. can i make animations? At the moment just basic transitions. More will come on this front in the new year.
Hi
1. how can i clone a page?
2. have plans to include store features like woocommerce (cart page, checkout, payment gateways)
3. have plans to include predesigned blocks?
4. can i make templates for put in all pages (by example a footer)
5. can i copy the code of a block and paste in other page?
6. can i make animations?
Hey Ram!
1. how can i clone a page? – We just released an update that adds a page clone button under your page settings 🙂
2. have plans to include store features like woocommerce (cart page, checkout, payment gateways) – Yes we’ll be looking into this next year 🙂
3. have plans to include predesigned blocks? – Yup. We just released an update to cross-site copy paste to support this, I will share a demo on how you can use pre-designed blocks in our community this week.
4. can i make templates for put in all pages (by example a footer) – Yes, you can create re-usable parts using the slot component.
5. can i copy the code of a block and paste in other page? – Yes, just cntrl+c/v
6. can i make animations? – Only basic transitions at this stage. More will come on the animation front next year 🙂
Hi, is this deal for new accounts? Can you purchase a code and add it to an existing account?
Hey Anna, this deal is for all accounts, new and old. They’re not stackable though, so just pick the tier you need 🙂
I’m trying to activate a code, but only Google and GitHub emails are available when I sign up. Can I change my email after signing up?
Hey Wongeun at the moment we don’t have email change functionality. We will likely be adding this in the new year.
When we release email change functions, we will allow everyone to change their email if they want/need to. No restrictions will be tied to the LTD on this front.
I have an e-commerce site on Shopify, can I use your system instead for e-commerce shop?
Does it support RTL site?
Hey Roni,
We will release a shopify integration but this is something that is more likely to happen later in 2024. As to RTL support we don’t have this built in natively, you might be able to achieve similar by adding a few lines of css to your project but in full transparency this is not the top priority at this stage. Right now the focus is on integrations and templates 🙂
Is there an appointment booking module?
Hey Jason we don’t have an appointment booking feature but you can embed most of the popular appointment booking providers directly into our html embed component.
Hi…
Can I create limitation pageviews per website?
Hi Rio, unfortunately not. You can export sites and self host them though. Exported sites don’t count towards your page limits.
Ok. Thanks for your answer.
One more question.
How to claim Webstudio pro version for Nintu user?
1. I have the plan 3, can I buy another plan for stack to 2 millions of page views ? Like your webpage plan?
2. The page views are visitors or unique visitors
