I tried to impress my clients by offering a free business optimization report, and I used Leadinary to generate a GMB report. However, all three reports that were generated contained incorrect information in the following sections:
Top Business Competitors: The three clients are an auto-shop, a restaurant, and a transportation office. To my surprise, the reports all show dental centers as the competitors, which is incorrect.

So I have a few different tools that can scrape google maps, but Leadinary is a LOT more than that.
It is an excellent GMap scraper-actually uses the official API’s but it gets the data
but it is a full prospecting tool. It pulls the contact data, it does tech stack scans on the sites, it produces SEO and GMB reports for the sites, and it displays it all in a very clean and straightforward way.
On top of all that you can do your actual cold outreach inside Leadinary.
If you want GMaps data then Leadinary is great. If you are an agency that wants GMaps data then Leadinary is next level great. You can sit there, pick a niche, go through look at the SEO report, make an email saying “Hey Bob, if you fixed XYZ on your site you would likely rank a few spots higher…..” or “Bob, you site looks great but you have not claimed you GMB, we can quickly help you get more clients….” you get the point.

Credits are monthly or one time?
There needed to be reports from tier 1.
Hi Mango. The Credits are monthly. Reports incur costs for processing and at a one-time, lifetime deal of only $79, it’s simply not feasible to include reports. However, it’s only a small bump to Tier 2 to get reports and more monthly renewing credits. Remember, this is a LIFETIME deal with renewing credits – not one-time credits.
Im thinking about getting Tier 2 or 3, but first I need to know specifically which google places API’s are used while searching for leads per lead?

Yes. However, Google API accounts start with a $300 credit and then a $200 credit EACH MONTH. So you can run many searches without every paying a dime to Google.
Furthermore, we’re the only tool that has separate workspaces (for projects/clients/brands) and each can be have its own Google API key 😉
I already bought Tier 2. Can I upgrade to Tier 3?
For the GMB profiles, can you tell me if it is possible to see if a customer is missing GMB features like Google messenger? If it doesn’t is that on the roadmap?

There’s no such thing as a SEO or GMB repot of a social media accounts. What would that look like? Send support @ leadinary an example. Do you mean an audit of a social media account? If so, that is not the scope of this app as one would need API access to the social platforms to do that at a detailed accurate level.

Yes. Every workspace can have its own branding and therefore the reports will be branded to that workspace’s brand settings.

I want to write negative review on this product. There is no support response and location fields don’t work. Rockethub also does not allow buyers to post reviews.
This is a collusion between Rockethub and Leadinary to stop negative reviews.
Quite a conspiracy theory when clearly there is a negative review already on the reviews. Even that user is someone we’re working with directly to help them.
The email for support is [email protected]. They respond to each question.
We have no mention of location fields not working otherwise there would be hundreds of folks saying the same and nobody would be able to use the application.
However, if you actually give support a chance to look at your account, they can tell you if it’s an actual issue or just a nuance to your account. Though worth noting is that in almost ALL cases where someone initially had a bad thing to say, the issue was that USER did NOT setup their Google Maps API key correctly. So none of those negative reviews were valid.
I checked your support ticket and that was the problem. You restricted your Google Maps API key. How is that a reflection on the product?
Furthermore, the support team replied to your support ticket and gave you instructions link and never heard from you thereafter. Here’s their last email to you which they did not get anything back thereafter so we assume you properly configured the API now.
