actually no. but you can do this for ticketing through webhook or business inbox
Currently, we do not have the functionality to embed the chat in another website using an embedding code. Our focus is on enhancing support management flexibility. Stay tuned for updates.
So no integration into social networks like Facebook, Instagram, Google Business etc? Is that planned in the future? It’s quite a dealbreaker – especially if I would want to offer this solution to my web clients.
As a support management tool, Hive Support has integration with Whatsapp, telegram, discord and slack. We will add facebook soon
This looks promising as a self-hosted option, but I already have ClickConnector which turned out to be too complex and with no support and I am wary with very few questions and only one review (thanks Andrew). Other concerns: Who is your competitor? Can you replace ClickConnector? Can you replace FluentSupport? What are the shortcomings? The BetterDocs support page and not your own product? No Hubspot or Fluent Forms integrations. Will you be around beyond 11 OCT 2024? Are you bootstrapped or funded?
For 40% as an Early Bird, it might be worth the tax write-off, but there are too many questions.

We see webhooks is on the roadmap. How long until release? There are benefits from adding Pabbly Connect, SyncSpider or KonnectzIT.

This means you can already use incoming and outgoing webhooks to connect your customer service backend to other services like ChatNode. However, if your current chatbots are fully trained and you need to route the information into a centralized support system, Hive Support can act as that central hub, and webhooks can help sync data across your platforms.
Regarding additional integrations with tools like Pabbly Connect, SyncSpider, or KonnectzIT, these are certainly on our radar for future development. Adding such integrations would allow for even smoother workflows by automating many processes across apps without coding.
