  • Time continues to blaze ahead, and as humans, we continue to develop ourselves far away from nature. We must cast light on this challenging evolution. In the entertainment industry, we continue to innovate, empower, and grow at an excitingly unpredictable rate. Technology has given us tools like never before; the time for us to pioneer, create, and come together is NOW 

 

  • The debut album "Lives" - was successfully funded due to the Rockethub platform. TRUE CONGRUENCY HERE. How could we possibly extend our development with the indie game-changers any better? (The guitar tracking on the 11 song LP uses a whole lot of GIBSON SG!) As it was finally launched digitally at the end of March, April becomes our tireless debut support month. What better way to continue our energy, buzz-build, and exposure than to have a dedicated 4 days of industry pop-ins and affiliation with Gibson... PLUS, $1 from every record sold (digital or otherwise) will be going toward Japan relief efforts!   • Getting on the road - following our inaugural gig 8 months ago, we've played a handful of lounges and venues in the Big Apple, even a theatre and a gallery in the Chelsea district. It's time to step outside New York though. To expand our sound and better match the studio instrumentation, we've added two new members, making a quartet. Having no real practice space, needing to add a pianist, and often pulling favors from friends, we could truly use this retreat to really solidify our live-set, prep for our gig at Glasslands Gallery on April 27th, and get us way closer to road ready for our touring goals this summer!! (ie. we're currently competing to play a side-stage at Bonnaroo... we NEED to retreat away from our 4 busy work schedules ASAP!!)

 

  • Tasty visual stories - we like to keep the camera rolling. We're a group of creators that take pride in many mediums. Shaping the story of this band is just as much of multimedia journey as it is musical, every moment. Being in such a legendary, historic studio for a week in April would call for some truly unique video content and excerpts. Who knows, maybe we could live/web-stream some sessions from inside the showroom with some of our fellow NY musicians and friends?!
