Hi Everyone,

Thanks so much to all who sent fuel and encouragement over the last few months! You guys helped me reach my goal of $4,000! Check it out ...

The day my project funded (last Friday), I got on a plane to record my new album in Lawrence, KS with producer Mike West. The first day in the studio, I was excited & nervous. I could feel the energy from all of you who helped me get here. Thank you. Tomorrow is day 6, the last day in the studio! We've got 11 tracks down over the past 5 days and tomorrow we put on the finishing touches. This has been an amazing experience and I've gotten to work with some great musicians here.

I can't wait to share this album with you all. I'll keep you posted on the progress.
