The plan is to bring together enough supporters to finance the next colleciton, Collection #3. This collection will be presented in July 2011 during Berlin Fashion Week.
The money you give will go towards the raw materials of the collection, the fabrics, trims, notions, pattern paper-- everything needed to realize the collection.
As a supporter, not only will you be apart of the project, but you will get some great things in return. Just look on the right hand side of this page to give you an idea.

It may seem like an insane amount of money to raise, but as far as collection budgets go, 7500 dollars is a rather low figure. It won't pay for the entire project, but it will definitely get it off the ground.
I also hope to use any additional funding to start workshops and apprenticeships in my studio. Berlin has a wealth of young design students from all over the world that would really benefit from hands-on training and experience in a real business environment.
Once this project is funded, I hope it will be able to sustain itself through sales of the collection. This fundraising campaign will end on January 15th 2011. At that time the materials for the collection will be purchased design and development process will begin. I will keep you up-to-date with how the collection advances, sending you sneak-peak and behind-the-scenes photos along the way.
For you, there is absolutely no risk. If the project doesn't reach it's financial goal in the allotted amount of time, you will be refunded every single penny you donated. It will be automatically refunded onto your credit card via the website.

All the pledges will be in American dollars. That means for all you Europeans out there, if you make 100 dollar donation, it will cost you roughly 73 Euros. For people in the UK, a 100 dollar donation will cost you a mere 62 Pounds, roughly. Canadians, the loonie is approximately the same value as the the American Dollar right now.
It was only through favours and people volunteering their time and their talents that the previous two collections were realized. This past July, we had our first ever presentation during Berlin Fashion Week. We had way more people attend the show than we could have ever anticipated! The atmosphere was great and sales of the collection were great too! But because the company is still in its infancy, a lot of money had to be invested into startup costs, new machiney and all the little hurdles a new business faces in its first few years. After everything was said and done, we broke even.
Now the question is: how to fund the next collection?
Only with your help can we make it happen!
