TechUSB - Repair your Computer with 1 Click

RepairTech is developing an award-winning product called TechUSB, which enables anyone to easily diagnose and repair their computer with a single click. Simply insert a TechUSB into your Mac, Linux, or Windows computer, click “Start”, then watch it quickly diagnose hardware issues, scan and remove viruses, cleanup, tuneup, and update your computer. Once your computer is fixed, TechUSB will provide you with an intuitive, non-tech-speak report detailing what it did, and why. For example, if you have a broken hard drive, TechUSB will show you where to get a suitable replacement and our website will teach you how to install it. Our hope is that TechUSB will turn everyone into a computer tech and enable them to feel empowered rather than afraid of their computers.

With a single click TechUSB will:

    • Hard Drive, Memory, more
  • Scan and Remove Viruses
  • Clean Up your Computer
    • Remove unnecessary files, scan for unwanted programs, more
  • Tune Up your Computer
    • Check Registry, Startup Programs, more
  • Other Miscellaneous Checks/Repairs
    • File System Repairs, Minimum Spec Checks, more
  • Gather Relevant Information
    • Gives you your CD-Keys, System Information, more
  • We will continuously expand and improve the capabilities of TechUSB...


Once it finishes this process, it will show you an easy to understand report of everything it found.


What will we use the money for?
We are currently developing TechUSB. It is scheduled to begin Alpha testing on January 21st, and we hope to have gone through Beta testing and be ready for Full Release by June 1st. In order to conclude our development stage, we need to secure additional funding. This funding will go towards:

  • Caffeine - the programming team needs Dr. Pepper to stay up all night and work hard
  • Legal Fees - getting Incorporated and moving from a provisional patent to a patent
  • Server Fees - Paying for server fees as we increase our online presence
  • Liability Insurance - We want to have a squeaky clean business so we have to cover all of our bases
  • Marketing - Printing out fliers, banners, business cards, car magnets, etc
  • TechUSBs - We need to make enough TechUSBs to give back to all of you who give us $50 or more, plus some to sell at trade shows and conventions
  • Building a fantastic website with lots of great free information (guides, videos, etc)



What if we raise more than $8000?
Any additional money we raise will go towards:

  • Making and selling more TechUSBs
  • Adding more resources to our website
  • Bringing on a full time web/graphic designer
  • Development of our next product: TechUSB Pro
  • Additional marketing efforts
