Perform ISO 9002 inspections on machined Aerospace parts and assemblies. Identify and Document Root Cause Analysis of non- conforming parts submitted to production managers and customers. Performed 100% Audit inspection of inventory to identify non- conforming parts for disposition to reduce customer returns of assembled parts. Production & Quality Assurance: Four Winds Aircraft, New Smyrna Beach, FL 4/04-6-05.
Supervised all aspects of Quality and Production for the Four Winds aircraft, including personnel supervision and training, parts and material inventory and management, oversight of the engineer drawings, tool calibration, record maintenance and internal audit documentation in a clean room environment. Oversaw and supervised up to 14 technicians; developed and implemented daily work schedules and monitored work quality to ensure quality standards were utilized in all aspects of production. Read and interpreted plans and specifications accurately. Conducted conformity inspections, in-process evaluations and maintained accurate records. Inspected parts and materials to ensure conformity standards were consistently met. Managed remodel of commercial building to include all plumbing, electrical, ducting and supporting lab equipment needed to operate autoclave. Researched and developed the extract process for removing precious metals from complex ores. Designed, tested and built ore separating and concentrating equipment. Along with complete reclamation of mining sight as required by BLM.
