Extensive knowledge and experience managing all aspects of Quality Assurance, Production, and Planning for manufacturing composite airplanes and CNC Machined Aerospace parts. Participated in certification process for Lancair, Adam Aircraft & Four Winds Aircraft. Aerospace Quality Inspector Swing shift Lead. Davis Tool, Hillsboro, OR. 4/07 to 11/07

Perform ISO 9002 inspections on machined Aerospace parts and assemblies. Identify and Document Root Cause Analysis of non- conforming parts submitted to production managers and customers. Performed 100% Audit inspection of inventory to identify non- conforming parts for disposition to reduce customer returns of assembled parts. Train Quality and Production personal on proper ISO 9002 inspection requirements, Certification requirements and documentation.

Supplier Surveillance: Verify Inc. Europe, Newington, CT. 3/06 " 3-07

 Assigned to monitor Supplier activities in the Aerospace Industry.  Identify and Document Root Cause Analysis the in Management, QA Dept., Production, and Logistics of Supplier then send Corrective Action Recommendations to customer and supplier to ensure quality, increase efficiency, and reduce cost. Act as Liaison between Customer and Supplier Upper Management.

Production & Quality Assurance: Four Winds Aircraft, New Smyrna Beach, FL 4/04-6-05.

Supervised all aspects of Quality and Production for the Four Winds aircraft, including personnel supervision and training, parts and material inventory and management, oversight of the engineer drawings, tool calibration, record maintenance and internal audit documentation in a clean room environment. Oversaw and supervised up to 14 technicians; developed and implemented daily work schedules and monitored work quality to ensure quality standards were utilized in all aspects of production. Read and interpreted plans and specifications accurately. Conducted conformity inspections, in-process evaluations and maintained accurate records.  Inspected parts and materials to ensure conformity standards were consistently met. Created and developed QA and Process manuals ensuring accordance with ISO 9002- 2000 and FAA standards for Certification.

Quality Assurance: Adam Aircraft, Englewood, CO 10/03-2/04

Maintained electronic database of certified parts. Worked closely with ODAR inspectors throughout certification processes.

Production & Quality Assurance: Flight Control Composite Department, Lancair, Bend, OR 1/01-6/02

Conducted quality assurance inspections; completed non-conformance report for inferior part. Communicated monthly team goal expectations and needs to upper management. Trained personnel on all processes. Oversaw team member evaluation conducted by human resource representative. Communicated effectively with the engineering department to: Problem-solve lay-up and hardware installations issues. Assist with parts design and tooling protocol set-up (for creating consistent interchangeable parts). Identify repeating NCR's; request drawing and work order changes to eliminate NCR.

Construction Contractor: Yachats, OR 10/98-12/00; Chico/Modesto, CA 2/95-9/98; Pueblo, CO 2/94-2/95

Performed all aspects of managing Sub-Contractors for framing, electrical, plumbing, concrete, roofing and cabinetry, insured timely delivery of materials, and met Inspection deadlines for new and remodeled residential construction projects.

Research & Development: Earthlight R.N.D., Pahrump, NV 2/92-2/94

Managed remodel of commercial building to include all plumbing, electrical, ducting and supporting lab equipment needed to operate autoclave. Researched and developed the extract process for removing precious metals from complex ores. Designed, tested and built ore separating and concentrating equipment. Along with complete reclamation of mining sight as required by BLM.
