For years Star Wars fans have talked about, or even attempted to build a working Holocron. Sadly there has never been a functioning Holocron available to buy anywhere… until now. Almost 2 years of work has finally yielded the Genesis Custom Sabers Data Holocron.
This is a CNC machined work of art. The anodized aluminum parts are precisely machined to securely hold the acrylic crystal pyramid. This pyramid functions as a prism, refracting light in interesting ways. Depending on your viewing angle you can see into the heart of the Holocron mechanism. The Holocron was designed to be a showpiece that would feel right at home in even the most exclusive collection.
As if that wasn’t enough, this is a FUNCTIONING Data Holocron. The aluminum base below the crystal is home to a 16GB flash drive with a standard USB connection. In the stories the ancient Jedi or Sith learned the art of storing vast amounts of knowledge in the crystal Holocron. Now you can too. Essentially, you can load 16 GB of anything from your computer, into the Holocron. Then access it from any other computer or gaming system. Best of all, when the USB connection is active, the heard of the Holocron glows, as if coming to life!
I've already built a small run of Sith Holocrons which are getting great feedback from customers. I need your help to move to the next level and construct a run of Jedi Holocrons. I already have the plans in the works for this cube version which would glow blue when in use. If I can reach my target amount, I will have enough to build 100 units!
