White Blood Cells is the solo project of Shane McMillan from the band, Wintermitts. (www.wintermitts.com) After many years of playing in bands, I am really excited to be (finally!) recording my first solo album. I will be recording fresh new songs hot off the press and itching to be listened to! As well, a couple older tunes that despite being rad, I've never done anything with.
Heartfelt lovesongs full of exuberance, sadness and anger, set to music that will get you out of your seat and moving your body.
The $2200 will pay for:
- 4 days of recording and 2 days of mixing at District 4 Studios
- Mastering at a location to be decided.
After that I will figure out how to pay for duplication and distribution.
