I'm a queer film and video maker, a video editor, an instructor and tutor. All the media work I have created to date contains queer content and I am proud of that fact. I went to art school in the 80s and since then I have been relearning everything I know every chance I get.
I am constantly awed by the stories I hear in my LGBTQ community. the strength, the ingenuity, the courage in facing such great odds and the willingness to maintain such big big hearts through it all is truly inspiring.
It is my hope that these stories together with this workbook will encourage the wide spread development of positive and constructive communication skills and a healthy acceptance and respect for the rights of individuals, (especially the queer ones).
