NO PULP MUSIC: OFFICIAL CMJ SHOWCASES

WHO WE ARE:

Regardless of how you take your morning orange juice, when it comes to music, pulp is just irritating. It’s the fuzzy distortion in a poor recording, the lame expression on a high-energy rock frontman, and the disappointment in finding out your favorite band’s new album is nothing more than mundane background noise. So, we are here to offer you fresh squeezed music ... NO PULP!

No Pulp Music is a team of young professionals in the music/entertainment industry who regularly host concert events in New York City to showcase our favorite up-and-coming acts. We currently have a residency at Arlene’s Grocery called No Pulp Music Night, which has continued to gain local popularity and press since our first showcase in February 2009.

ABOUT THIS PROJECT:

No Pulp Music is proud to announce our 3rd annual official CMJ Music Marathon Showcases! We will be hosting the evenings at Arlene's Grocery Tuesday, October 18, and Saturday, October 22, to provide you with buzz worthy music talent and other CMJ festival perks. Starting both nights at 7PM, these events will pull out all the stops--bringing together almost 20 musical guests, a handful of amazing sponsors, and everyone's favorite thing ... gift bags filled to the brim with cool swag. This year, we are also excited to spice things up with an event raffle--to be given away between every music set.

Like every showcase we run, our past CMJ events have been a success because of the incredible support of music lovers and art enthusiasts. Sponsorship plays a crucial role in making big events like October 18 and 22 happen. No Pulp Music is a project based on our love for music, so we would greatly appreciate your help in putting together the nuts and bolts necessary to setup the best artist showcases we can possible make for you. The money you generously contribute will go towards staffing the events, making the proper preparations at the venue, and providing an enjoyable environment for event guests.
