UPDATE: Even though we have hit our initial goal, please don't let that keep you from contributing! You can still get all the goodies listed on the right side of the screen through the end of July. We set a very modest goal and are floored by how incredible you all are - thank you so much for your generosity and support.
We are finally in the process of recording our debut album! As you can imagine, it's a long process when there are only two of us working on things. Additionally, we have painfully minimal equipment which can make things a little more difficult than they should be.
We learned about this site in a newsletter and thought we'd give it a shot! It's pretty cool the way it works -- we've set a very modest goal for the amount we'd like to raise, and it's all or nothing. If we don't hit the goal, everyone gets their money back. If we DO hit the goal (or surpass it), then we can buy some nicer equipment to help the album sound snazzier!
Here's what's in it for you:
Everyone who contributes at least $15 is essentially pre-ordering a CD and will get a free copy when it releases.
Beyond that, we're offering a few other cool rewards, depending on your contribution amount. These rewards include autographed CDs, your name mentioned in our album liner notes, a bonus 2nd CD that includes all the album songs in raw demo format as they were recorded right after being written, or other merchandise/incentives.
