A Little About Me

I live and work in Victoria, British Columbia. I have a degree in Governance, Law, and Management, and work for the Province of British Columbia.

I am interested in collective pattern formation, and have a paper published and in press about coot (birds) on-water dynamics. I have presented at conferences about peloton dynamics.

I have been a competitive cyclist, a national level duathlete, and marathon runner. As such I have developed a deep understanding of peloton dynamics and energy use in endurance sport from personal experience, as well as from my studies.

I see myself as both a scientist and an artist - a necessary blend for a compelling documentary that portrays beauty and elegance in the science of pattern formation in nature.
