Pete served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Senegal, West Africa, has enjoyed local cuisine first-hand from 26 countries, and is passionate about using business to create positive social impact.
Ryan loves food and has spent the better part of the last 5 years working on food policy issues in Chicago and New York City. Focusing on access to fresh, affordable, meat and produce for people of all income levels. When not in his own kitchen he can be found exploring the many restaurants of NYC with Turkish and Tibetan becoming recent favorite cuisines.
Our love of food, stories, and learning about different cultures is the driving force behind this project. We also want to thank a quickly growing team that continues to do an amazing job at preparing Global Kitchen for our public launch!
