A Little About Me

Adam is a suit-wearing banker by day and a Red Bull-drinking programmer by night. He got his start in computers in 2nd grade, playing Wolfenstein 3D on a Mac II, designed his first website in 6th grade, and by 10th grade was running a server rack hosting websites, Active Directory, DNS, and email for his household's 13 computer network. Somewhere between that first website and the servers, he picked up PHP, MySQL, C++, some Java, VB, HTML, CSS, and programmed custom frameworks for more than 10 web projects.

Surprisingly, given the IT background he has, Adam graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Finance with High Distinction, ranking in the top 10 of his class. Of course, the MIS minor Adam earned has come in handy when it comes to planning the infrastructure behind Jumpstartr as well as understanding the broader picture outside of coding the platform itself.

Armed with experience managing a $16 million bond fund, leadership in multiple college clubs and a IT and finance background, Adam is well equipped to launch Jumpstartr and expand its user base.
