About Me
SUMMARY
Patrick
Joseph Grant, MBA – An accomplished Author and
International speaker on Sustainable Resource Technologies, for 24 years Mr.
Grant has served as Chairman of Grant Enterprises of America, a Pre Revenue
Early Stage Investment (PRESI) Professional Service Consulting Company.
His
brother, Maurice, was a Type 1 Diabetic, who, after receiving a kidney from
Patrick, went through multiple experimental treatments initiated by doctors
with only antidotal information. This
experience committed Patrick to a lifetime of effort to solve the problem of
patient information access.
His
work with organizational development was utilized to lead, as President of the
Foundation that oversaw support of the Learning Health System Summit, the
historic meeting of US Health Industry leaders in Washington, DC in May of
2012. His leadership gave Mr. Grant
insights into the newest health and IT technologies which may bring to fruition
this long held goal to improve patient care and reduce US Healthcare costs by
hundreds of billions of dollars each year.
He
has developed strategies for corporate formation using Government Contracting
and has written several patents to enhance Intellectual Property which helped
raise over $100 Million in early stage new company capital investments.
His
efforts in both private and public companies have resulted in over $1.0 Billion
in sales for his client’s projects and through his work he has been involved in
creating innovative and award winning solutions for multiple companies in the
Health Data Analysis, Biotech, Supply Chain, Water, Solar, Commodity Trading,
Agriculture, Nutraceutical, Consumer Goods and Government Contracting
Industries. He also has extensive
background in the non-profit sector.
He
currently serves on the Board of Advisors of The Incubation Factory™, and the
Board of Directors of Our Healthdata Cooperative. Over the past several years Mr. Grant has led
the development of Abled Vets, an effort to connect mentors with Service
Disabled Veterans so that these young men and women can become owners of their
own companies.
Mr.
Grant was raised on an Illinois farm and attended the University of Illinois
where he was a national livestock judging champion, with degrees in Agriculture
Economics and Masters of Business Administration.
Mr.
Grant currently resides in Miami, Florida.
