David was involved with both entertainment and technology from an early age: he was actually the youngest DJ in the United States when twelve years old...and the train never stopped. He attended UCLA, went into high-tech, and worked behind-the-scenes at a record label. Eventually he started his own company, click2send.com (similar to DropBox but earlier), and went on to become part of the original XPRIZE team. In 2004, the Ansari XPRIZE was won by a team headed by aerospace designer Burt Rutan, and his SpaceShipOne, the world's first privately built spacecraft, now hangs in the Smithsonian.
David began his odyssey to make a feature-length documentary about the closing of NASA's Space Shuttle Program, and the amazing pioneers who are building the craft to follow, about two years ago. He is now inviting You to become involved with getting this important film out to young people, educators, and of course interested adults like You
