New York Theatre Barn is a non-profit theatre company founded in 2007
and dedicated to the investigation, development, and advancement of new works. The company primarily
develops and produces new musicals that tell new stories about real people,
often rooted in current events and history that reflect our diverse world. Past productions include the all-female musical

New York Theatre Barn has been
instrumental in the development of Adam Gwon’s
Ordinary Days. The core of NYTB’s unique developmental process is a monthly platform for
new work and emerging musical theatre writers – now in its 6th year at the

NYTB in the D-Lounge
provides a community and a home for artists to discover
