A Little About Me

About Moneypenny & IsaacMoneypenny: This is how Moneypenny will be introduced and sold to any and everyone who will bite in the entertainment industry:

Moneypenny started out as a side project band for Isaac Ellsworth.  While the music scene was changing rapidly, Isaac found an outlet, which allowed him to create a new genre of music.  It was ‘out of the box’ thinking on his part, which brought it back to the simplistic roots of melodic pop-punk music.

Armed with a new quest, Isaac went back to record an EP.  Attention and excitement grew as his music hit the radio stations.  He realized at that time that he needed to bring in other musicians.  Ryan Mitchel Skipworth (Bass and Vocals), Steve Holmes (Guitar) and Scott Fowles (drums), completed Moneypenny. Their individual energies merged in perfect harmony creating a unique style and flavor that redefines this new form of music.

As the months went on, the attention to Moneypenny grew in intensity.  Now on their debut CD, “Out of Time”, a lead single has emerged.  “Far Behind” has hit the airwaves with gusto, creating industry buzz.  It is about leaving the bad things in your life behind – ‘far behind’.   Far Behind kicks off with the drums and guitar, which takes you right to the top with excitement.  This song is upbeat and full of high octane. With absolutely great rhythm changes and an awesome all around sound, it is absolutely a radio hit!

Moneypenny is back in the studio once again after years of playing shows and signing with an amazing label located “Down Under,” called Wisemove Records who not only acts as Moneypenny’s label, but also their management. This will be Moneypenny’s first full-length album and will be followed up with a worldwide tour shortly after its release.

Stay tuned because 2012 and 2013 will be a huge year for Moneypenny, as they will reach new heights in the music industry, which has seemed to hit a plateau for too long.
