A Little About Me

Hi there, my name is Courtney Griffiths and I am an earth advocate & entrepreneur. I have always possessed an eagerness to inspire people in new and creative ways, and have aimed to teach and intrigue by presenting green initiatives & conservation through tourism and community development, while preserving our local history.

The inspiration behind The Greenhouse Inn is a culmination of years of answering: “If you could do anything, and not need to be paid to do it, what would you do?” I wanted to own a business that factored in all of the things I love, gave back to the community, and offered a service that I would be proud to stand behind. I’m an earth advocate, I love New Jersey, and I love making breakfast. Bingo! I’ll open an eco-friendly bed and breakfast in an epicenter of New Jersey culture: Asbury Park. The Greenhouse Inn will benefit travelers who care about their personal health and the environment, adhering to the triple bottom line issues of: travel that minimizes negative environmental impacts, travel that respects culture and fosters authentic interaction, and travel that has financial benefits for Asbury Park which continues its city-wide revitalization.
