A Little About Me
An adventurer, A pocket philosopher, An Observer
My name is Pete Lamberto. I was born in the swirling dust of Manila and came to Denmark when i was just about one year old.
Since i can remember I have always been somewhat of a strange child: very quiet and curiously observing what was going on around me. I suppose this is why I feel so comfortable behind the camera today- as I'm still very much the quiet observing kind, creating and capturing movements and emotions.
I've been on the art scene for quite some time, helping amazing creative people with their projects, mostly films and fashion. But now I feel it is time to go my own way, going my own direction. So for the past couple of years, this is what I have tried to do. To mention just a few things that I am really proud of is the shortfilm 'Winter' I produced which was nominated on Odense Kortfilms Festival, and my entries on Copenhagen Photo Festival as well as the contemporary art exhibition 'Homo Ludens' in Warsaw.
As for this project, Nemesis, it's a very personal project which I have spent two years on building, creating, planning and experiencing. It a case that is very close to my heart, which is why I am thrilled to finally having reached the point of sharing with all of you... Though it is also a bit nerve wrecking, pouring your guts out this way...
