A Little About Me
I am a first year PhD student at the University of Alabama, and I am interested in reproductive endocrinology, conservation biology, and how humans impact the ecosystems around them. I absolutely LOVE working in the field and getting my hands dirty. I fell in love with research after an endocrinology class taught by my current advisor. He opened my eyes to the endless questions that could be asked and how to test them using our amazing fish model. I walked into his lab the next day and haven't looked back since!
But most of all, I love sharing my research to anyone who is willing to listen, and I show off pictures of my fish like they are snapshots of my kids!
