A Little About Me

I'm a herpetologist and disease ecologist studying at SUNY-College of Environmental Science and Forestry in Upstate New York, US. I am on a mission to save amphibians from ranavirus, a devastating disease that recently emerged and is blazing through frog and salamander populations worldwide. When I am not tromping around in a swamp or processing samples in the lab, you can find me hiking, drawing, running, helping to vaccinate puppies and kittens at my job at a local veterinary hospital, practicing/teaching martial arts, or eating mint chocolate chip ice cream!
