A Little About Me
I am a comparative physiologist with expertise in thermoregulation. Translation: I study how animals work by comparing different animals to each other, and I am especially interested in how animals regulate their body temperature. Currently, I am a postdoctoral researcher at California State University, Northridge, and I will be starting as an Assistant Professor at Adelphi University this fall.
For this project, I am collaborating with Dr. Carey Kuhn, an ecologist with the Alaska Ecosystems Program at the National Marine Mammal Laboratory.
