A Little About Me

I am a first year Master's student at the University of the Virgin Islands. I am an all around adventure loving girl who also likes to cook, garden, paint and play music.   

Currently in addition to my thesis research I am also working towards developing a monitoring program for the St. Thomas East End Reserves (STEER) a local marine protected area.  This monitoring protocol not only focuses on providing useful information to natural resource managers but also incorporates citizen science!  That way people in the community can get involved with the stewardship of their local resources.
